Bolton Cadillac is a joke, do not deal here! John negotiated a price out to me on my trade in vehicle and when I said ok, lets do the deal... he ghosted me, then called the next day to say that they couldn't give me the negotiated number for my vehicle. He was extremely surprised when I said no, then started to take an intimidating tone over text after I said I was moving on. I may not have gotten a Cadillac, but I sure do love my new Lexus!

We just bought a Chevy Trax 2025. The minute we left the dealership, the car was shaky. We took it in, reset the modules, and said it was good to go; about a month later, the check engine came on. We took it back in, and they changed 3 or 4 modules and said it had a transmission problem but didn't have a recall or a fix for it. The car has been sitting at the dealership ever since. Three weeks later, still nothing, and they don't know when they will have a fix. We asked them what our options were; they told us the only thing to do was to get a new loan, which included a new credit check and higher interest rates. Keep in mind we took the full warranty for the duration of the loan on the Traxx. This doesn't sound logical to me. Why would I need to buy a new car if I'm fully covered if anything happens to my car.? Can't they give us a new Trax?

This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this dealership. The latest was. I brought my car in for a 4 wheel alignment. And after a little over a year, it wore out the inside of the rear tires, the same reason I brought the car in the first place. After checking the specifications on the paper, they gave me and looking underneath the car at the adjustment camber bolts. It's obvious that they didn't even make an adjustment. They charged me $220 said they did it and didn't do a d*** thing. And now I've lost another $400 pair of tires. A lot of the reviews here show this place has no integrity whatsoever and you can believe it

Just purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate - Brad

Just purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate from Reid Bros Motor Sales and they were fantastic to deal with. Jim Kwiatkowski was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and helped me out so much! Being from the Toronto area it was the only dealership in Ontario that had this truck available and the Reid Bros staff made the 5 1/2 hour from home purchase smooth. Thanks again Reid Bros, you are a Wonderful Dealership, just wish I could get my service from you but its a bit of a hike from home. Thanks again, and highly recommend this truck!!

Trade in and new purchase - Rosanne Waldroff

It took us a couple of weeks to commit to trading and purchasing new, and our sales person (Janice) was very patient and helpful. Even when we had a minor problem with the left blinker, on delivery, she tried to have the problem resolved as quickly as possible.

Only got one star because there wasn’t a zero. Hal Wrights dealership is by far one of the least professional local businesses we have ever dealt with. After far to many negative experiences after purchasing our first new vehicle, and returning for recalls with them I have observed very low morale amongst employees in service. The result of this has been little to no positive customer care and service. There is no accountability for thier mistakes. The is arrogant behaviour in management positions. Many years in professional positions has taught me that these behaviours come from the top. Their lack of integrity and values goes against the man who actually built this business. Hal Wright. And perhaps this is the difference in building a business or having it built for you. My hope is that the current owner will take these many poor reviews seriously. Be aware of the many many local GM owners who go out of town for purchases and service. AND make the changes that need to happen to make this an establishment they can be proud of.

Buying a new truck - Chris

Looking for a new truck, looked at online availability, contacted Ray Dorval re truck that was on line and was told it was sold, but Ray got back to me the next morning with a truck that fulfilled all our needs. Thanks to Ray we now have a new Chevy truck to pull our 5th wheel.

Not encouraged to buy - susan

Viewed a used car, loved it and wanted to purchase it. However the price on the Internet was changed by $3,700 more when I came back after a lunch break. Salesman, said this is now not in your price range, so I will contact you when other cars come in. No interest in my upping my budget. I would have bought this car, but from my perspective my purchase was not the one wanted by this dealership. I had money to give them today but Mike Fair clearly wanted someone else's money. I will never return to this dealership.

Absolutely terrible experience here with Jack Mattson and his management team. Not surprised to see so many 1-star reviews here. Absolutely awful customer service, not to mention that they offered $3000 to $5000 less for my trade than 5 other dealers. Even though this place is 5kms from my home, I would travel 100kms to avoid it. Not to mention all of the business they are going to lose as we buy 2 or 3 vehicles per year. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this joke of a dealership.

I left a cruse Cruze for an Oli change and I was told that drain plug was too tight and it could break when removed, I didn't given them the go ahead as it would cost me an oil pan replacement, took vehicle to an independent mechanic and I witnessed drain plug being removed wt no effort at all, actually the garage charged nothing for the service. It makes wonder what really happened, I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the quality of the service rendered, I left the vehicle at Boyer for hours for a simple oil change and I wasted my time taking it somewhere else. I always trusted Boyer for my vehicle but now I have second thoughts about it and I want to hear back from Boyer about it.

Complete garbage Customer service! You would think when you spend $60,000 On a brand new Cadillac (not lease but buy), that they would treat you with the Cadillac experience? Ohh wait not here, anything thats included in your package you better be on the ball and demand it, otherwise they will pretend it doesn't exist. Somehow they have managed to ruin the experience of true service at this place and scheduling here is horrific! Certainly will not be buying my other vehicle from them here this year , or ever again thats forsure! Dont waste your time, go somewhere they appreciate your business!!!!!!!

I purchased a new 2017 Cadillac from Richard Bartley whom I felt was quite genuine at the time but believe me how I was fooled as I called twice and never received a call back and for the first call , he claimed the "GIRL" placed the message in the wrong pigeon hole ( Could Happen) the second call I left him a message with the front desk for him to call, and he claimed later he called but my tape message was full, Absolute lie as no time has my tape machine been full or had any more then 2 calls recorded on it. I put a call in got Todd Williamson the General Manager and was told he was with a customer but they would have him call me right back when available, Less then 30 seconds later I received a call from Richard Bartley saying coud he assist, i told him no I wanted Todd. Eventually the receptionist said Todd must have given my number for Richard to call me????, Eventually talked to Todd who claimed he didn't ask Richard to call me. Sombody is not being straight up with me or the Front Desk Clerk and Richard are treating Todd like a mushroom and keeping him in the dark and just keep pilling the you know what on top. Either way I would not do business with Williamson again and also never recommend any one else either. Extremely disappointed in both Todd and Richard.

Poor service/couldn't care less - bartthedog

Bought a 2012 Equinox 2.4 I4 took it for an oil change after 6000 Km and found out from my mechanic it had burned over a litre of oil in that time and that the exhaust manifold was cracked. They shrugged off the oil usage as normal ( GM have a service bulletin to that effect ).I suggest you ask about it if you're thinking of buying. Had the manifold repaired under warranty but no loaner car available!
