As for as my experience and that of others I have spoken to, the service people are great to talk to, however, the service that is done is horrible, 2 x now I have had "Catastrophic Oil Leaks" (their words) in my 2012 Chevy Cruze, both times I have had to bring it to their attention that I can smell oil, even though I have my car serviced every time my oil monitoring sensor tells me it needs to be changed and I only bring my car to them.
