I work at a shop in Rosetown,sk. we had a blizzard on sunday Nov-08-2020. I had to plow through deep snow to get to work on monday, so i put my F-150 inside our shop to thaw out. i checked my air filter. It was dirty and wet. So I called Regal motors, I spoke with Jeremy Bides in parts. I asked him if they would be able to bring me a air filter. He said sure, and showed up a bit later. Awesome service at Regal motors. thx guys.

I don't know much about cars at all. I just require them to run. I bought my first pre-owned car from them two years ago. They were extremely helpful and was always available to answer any questions I had about my car (even very stupid ones). They always made sure to clean up my car and make it look presentable after repairs and oil changes. The staff were always friendly and the mechanics were honest about charging me fees (believe me I checked with other mechanics). It's too bad I'm no longer in Estevan. Otherwise, I would have continued to frequent their service center.

Took my truck in because a check engine light came on. After being in the shop for weeks and finally receiving updates from someone who clearly did not understand vehicles I was told I needed a new engine. Nearly $19k later and another few months which I could thankfully go without a vehicle for, it’s done and running again, but with a broken mirror which was not the case when it was brought in. Even being a loyal customer and spending that much money while waiting on them to fix it they did not fix what they broke free of charge and I had to seriously haggle them down to not spend another $300-500 on their mistake while also receiving attitude about it. During the same week my parents took their truck in to have a turn signal bulb changed which they misdiagnosed and thought was a wiring / socket issue (it was a second bulb that somehow went missed. Not a good look), and a door sensor changed which after getting their truck back they can no longer unlock or lock the door with either the button on the remote or the buttons on the door, all for the low price of $400.

Have been a 40 year customer of Tisdale's and can honestly say they are better than any other I have experienced. Right from the owner on down the line, his positive and friendly attitude are reflected in all the employees that I know. I will definitely be buying here again.

I brought my truck into get a ticking sound repaired, got a 2700 dollar bill for repair and the same day I got the truck the exact same tick was there, I contacted the service dept, was told that the tick was something else they never touched. I took the truck there to get tick repaired not do a bunch of work and not repair the problem it was brought in for, guess that's a $2700 lesson for me wont be giving them anymore business or referring anyone to go there.
