Jeff the Manager of Service did it right by me. Very communicative and willing to help. My car was not able to get fixed there but another shop fix it and Jeff refunded me the bill and also waived the fee at his shop.

Took my truck in because a check engine light came on. - appel

Took my truck in because a check engine light came on. After being in the shop for weeks and finally receiving updates from someone who clearly did not understand vehicles I was told I needed a new engine. Nearly $19k later and another few months which I could thankfully go without a vehicle for, it’s done and running again, but with a broken mirror which was not the case when it was brought in. Even being a loyal customer and spending that much money while waiting on them to fix it they did not fix what they broke free of charge and I had to seriously haggle them down to not spend another $300-500 on their mistake while also receiving attitude about it. During the same week my parents took their truck in to have a turn signal bulb changed which they misdiagnosed and thought was a wiring / socket issue (it was a second bulb that somehow went missed. Not a good look), and a door sensor changed which after getting their truck back they can no longer unlock or lock the door with either the button on the remote or the buttons on the door, all for the low price of $400.

We booked an appointment with Les to have an issue with the brakes checked out. He made it a priority for the next morning. Once there, found that there were a couple notices in the system for our Explorer and we were given the option to leave it to get them taken care of. We saw how busy the service area was and really appreciate Les fitting it in. He also spoke with Jeff from the body shop about a concern we had and that was also taken care of at the same time. Stephanie not only got us home safely but ensured we had all needed to contact her when we were ready to return. Within less time than we anticipated we returned to find everything completed and ready to go. As it turns out the brakes we went to have checked were good and not an issue. This was our first visit to the service department at Cypress Motors and we will definitely be back. We look forward to meeting the rest of the team in the future as we have yet to use the Quick Lane. Special thank you to Les in service, Jeff in body shop and Stephanie in customer courtesy, you are all very efficient and knowledge representatives of Cypress Motors but your great personalities stood out the most!!

Would not help me fix my flat tire as a walk-in even when it’s protocol for roadside assistance to bring a Ford vehicle to the nearest Ford dealership. Merlin Ford should change their name to Moron Ford because only morons and xxxxxxxx work here. I’ve already brought this matter up with Ford Canada and even spoke with dealerships within a 150km radius to tell them of how dumb Merlin Ford is. I’ve never encountered such a stupid dealership in my life.
