Long story short these people messed up royally and made an unfortunate SGI claim worse, they just kept dropping the ball...no apologies from their end just excuses & evasiveness.
Dealing with Merlin has been a frustrating, angering, disappointing, insulting and costly experience. Originally an SGI hit & run claim starting February 2024 on my nearly new 2023 Bronco Sport Badlands.
I have been back and forth to get the work done right 5 times, spanning months, equalling 22++ extra loss of use days...and will spend more time before it's done right, at another dealer..
Thousand$ in extra damage was caused by Merlin technicians and not fixed properly or expediently(I found the bolt and clips pictured on the floorboard a month or so after my dash, which they damaged, was "repaired").
Had to call in SGI to audit the repairs and non-matching paintwork done by Merlin.
Sloppy work, poor customer relations, a managerial attitude of denial & hostility and a general inability to accept responsibility...
All of these have been on full display at Merlin Ford.
I have more pictures I could post but you get the idea.
Think carefully about trusting the Merlin team for your autobody or service needs.
Merlin replied to my review with NO real answers or remedies other than to phone their general number..I emailed the service manager with their "promise" letter and dash parts on top of it and NO response ..
These folks are LOSERS don't deal with them!!!
!!! I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM TO WORK ON A WHEELBARROW !!!
