I was so impressed with the care and attention provided by the service desk. They were prompt in getting me checked in. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I waited 40+ minutes for the shuttle to take me to work. Had I known the wait would be that long I would have made alternate arrangements to ensure I got to work on time.
