I purchased a brand new CX-90 PHEV in 2023 December, we paid for upgraded floor mats and they have yet to deliver the floor mats. Every time we inquire about the status we get a new answer like "we cant find the paperwork" or some generic answer that changes every time we ask. Todays date is August 29th 2024, still no word on the floor mats we have already paid for. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, there is a complete lack of professionalism from Brad the salesman we have dealt with.
