I bought a 2022 Kis K5 in Feb of 2022. It's been nothing but trouble - one of those vehicles that won't start when it's cold - and they can't figure it out. Three winters of frustration. Now the problem is with tires - after 26,000 km the rear tires are completely worn out and one shredded on Saturday leaving me stranded on the highway. Now I can't get anyone from the dealer to call me back - no one will talk to me to explain why an AWD vehicle that is supposedly brand new has such a thing happen (the front ties are in good condition). You get nothing but a runaround from sales to service to parts and no one cares about you after the sale is done. The staff does make you feel like you are a nuisance - after being back about a dozen times in 2 years I likely am a nuisance, but the car doesn't run right, even when it starts. I must say they do provide a loaner or rental when they can't get something fixed - I have driven other cars for over 2 months in the winter when mine is a dead duck again! - I RUE the day I ever set foot in their dealership. DON'T BUY A KIA!

Interesting that my last review seems to have - hberriault

Interesting that my last review seems to have disappeared. I wish I could say the same for my problems. Go elsewhere for a vehicle!! I actually really liked the service people and found they were very approachable and willing to explain things to me. Unfortunately, accidents do happen! I would like the dealership to take ownership of the crossbars and kayak that they have ruined and replace them. We are now going on 8 months and I have yet to have this resolved. They are no longer even talking to me.
