I noticed a few issues I wasn’t told about over the phone and they were quick to make it right! I appreciate them actually doing something about the issues and not just brushing it off like some other dealers I’ve delt with!

They kept billing me for fixing the same issue more than 3 times, and when I challenged it, even with the evidence of previous work, they denied it and insisted I paid. In most service centers, diagnostics adds up to repair costs when the service is used, but they charged me repair costs separately from diagnostics and I was not informed about the cost before the repairs were done, and Ivana lied to the manager that she informed me, even when I confronted her, she refused to answer the question. kept us late into the evening without remorse. The manager was very rude and racist at that. I will never advise my enemies to visit, even in my dream. It was a nightmare, as they even threaten to cease my car just because of $130 when I opted to pay just the labor cost, this has been my worst encounter since arriving in Canada

they take way to long to do a simple compter upgrade,,,,,2 times I have been there for a simple fix that has taken them the whole day to do. plus they way overbook themselves,,maybe why a simple thing takes the entire day to do!!!!!

Picked up a 1997 Firebird in November 2016. Martin Frazer was affable and humoured my recollection of my youth. Price was fair and delivery to me was appreciated. Dinner and a hockey game was a bonus... worth your time to stop by or call ahead...they will give you good directions if you happen to get lost and all you can see for miles are cows and gravel roads rgd

Could not recommend higher. Were trading in our used vehicle towards purchasing a newer used vehicle and everything was above board and transparent. No attempts were made to low ball our trade , and were very honest and open in what trade in value was and why. Any concernes or questions were answered very promptly and was a very pleasant experience. Am from Regina and made drive to Moose Jaw to purchase, and will do again without hesitation in the future.

Sold a vehicle under the premise all necessary work done when nothing was completed. Vehicle components failed nearly causing a traffic collision. Dealer principle spoken to and refused to offer any recourse or reimbursement. Just the opposite, they threatened legal action for slander if they saw any recount of the absent repairs or any reference to the incident. Shady, crooked, and misrepresented. Next complaint goes to FCAA Saskatchewan. One star given because of no option for a negative rating.

I bought my 2nd duramax from these guys now. I got quotes from swift current and rosetown. Swift current was way high and rosetown was about the same but the were stringing me along. Shaunavon did my deal right both times and I'll be back again. Their shop gets me in right away too. Swift takes forever but they're probably mad because I don't buy there.
