Had a knocking on my vehicle and was scheduled for an inspection. I then noticed that there was chunk of ice caught on my drive shaft. I broke it off and the noise went away. I then drove up to SMP near the end of their work day to notify them if i should still bring it in. Mike in service was very helpful,but Brent the manager decided to take the vehicle and put it up on the lift himself for a thorough inspection and notified me to come into the shop and look for myself. There was no damage but just a little paint scraped off which he touched up.He told me to cancel the next day appointment,then topped off my windshield fluid and wished me a Merry Xmas.. They could of went on their way home,but Brent decided to take a good look at the undercarriage and drive shaft right away.Top notch service and Kudos to Mike,Nemo and especially Brent The manager for doing all this at the end of their work day. Quick,efficient and knowledgeable to all parties. Thanks a mill!

I took my 2015 Chev Cruze car into Sherwood service at - Don

I took my 2015 Chev Cruze car into Sherwood service at 8:00 Monday morning and spoke with service advisor Kyle Ryland with concern for a small fuel leak in engine compartment. By noon I knew the problem was a leak at the fuel regulator and that the parts needed were in Cincinnati and could take 10 days to arrive. Parts and labor were quoted at $1250. Kyle and I discussed me paying for overnight delivery, parts department checked it out and the cost was $50. I okayed it. The parts were delivered on Tuesday and at 9:30 Wednesday morning Kyle called me to say the repairs were completed and I could pick up my car. The repair invoice was for $1000 instead of $1250 plus $50 shipping. The explanation was that the repair went quickly. I am an "extremely happy" customer. That is the kind of service I am accustomed to at Sherwood Chev. Kyle kept me informed throughout, arranged transportation for me as needed to and from the dealership and was completely helpful, efficient and effective. Thank you, all who were part of that whole process.

Picked up a 1997 Firebird in November 2016. Martin Frazer was affable and humoured my recollection of my youth. Price was fair and delivery to me was appreciated. Dinner and a hockey game was a bonus... worth your time to stop by or call ahead...they will give you good directions if you happen to get lost and all you can see for miles are cows and gravel roads rgd

Could not recommend higher. Were trading in our used vehicle towards purchasing a newer used vehicle and everything was above board and transparent. No attempts were made to low ball our trade , and were very honest and open in what trade in value was and why. Any concernes or questions were answered very promptly and was a very pleasant experience. Am from Regina and made drive to Moose Jaw to purchase, and will do again without hesitation in the future.

Sold a vehicle under the premise all necessary work done when nothing was completed. Vehicle components failed nearly causing a traffic collision. Dealer principle spoken to and refused to offer any recourse or reimbursement. Just the opposite, they threatened legal action for slander if they saw any recount of the absent repairs or any reference to the incident. Shady, crooked, and misrepresented. Next complaint goes to FCAA Saskatchewan. One star given because of no option for a negative rating.

Really happy - Dirtymax

I bought my 2nd duramax from these guys now. I got quotes from swift current and rosetown. Swift current was way high and rosetown was about the same but the were stringing me along. Shaunavon did my deal right both times and I'll be back again. Their shop gets me in right away too. Swift takes forever but they're probably mad because I don't buy there.
