Sure they will sell you the car but don’t bring it back for servicing! Full of false lies, zero accountability, disrespectful and accusatory to my wife who is the owner of the VW. They have no compassion and no customer service. You have to leave numerous voicemails and they are always” to busy” to call back. They treat their customers like idiots with no repercussions. You talk to the service staff Mark….. complete lies and inaccuracies …. Then a message to Daniel his supervisor…….. no better……. Now we are all leaving several messages to his supervisor Alex the general manager of the store……….. still waiting……. Wow what an exciting experience. Oh wait, they know you are coming in to pick up your vehicle …. They know you are not happy with the lack of service….. it snowed and your car is full of snow…… wouldn’t you have thought it may have been a nice gesture to clean off the car???? Why do that? Oh and you are coming in at 1:00 pm so as to not disrupt the managers lunch hour, he knows you are coming and…… he is nowhere to be found, how predictable, now he is not there to apologize, oh and he said he would personally arrange to be available next week to put the car up on the lift to check for the oil leak, oh and for free he said. Well I guess that was another lie! Well done guys, nice way to treat a lady. Oh, and she asked for a phone call because she missed you when she picked up the car. Guess what?…….. never got the call, thanks Daniel.

Pour commencer j'ai attendu environ 25 minutes au total dans la file d'attente avant de parler à un commis du service (quand je dis au total, c'est que j'ai dû les appeler a 3 reprises parce que mon appel était «flushé» par le système 3 fois!!). Je leur ai demandé s'ils avaient de la place pour un rendez-vous rapidement car j'ai un problème avec le système de refroidissement (qui est quand même une composante urgente!). Nous sommes le 21 juillet (jour de mon appel); et la fille me dit qu'ils n'ont pas de place avant le 6 août !! Heille voyons donc !! Deux semaine d'attente !! Je demande alors si elle peut me placer sur une genre de liste d'attente afin d'être rappeler si une place se libère avant. Elle me répond qu'ils ne font pas ça!! Tsé dans le genre on te laisse te démerder avec ton problème! Après ça ils font les gros yeux quand tu leur dis que tu vas vers d'autres garages pour faire réparer ton char. J'ai appeler mon garagiste de quartier et j'ai eu une place dans l'après-midi. En tout cas, Volkswagen de l'Estrie: méchant service de marde!! Ils sont ben contents quand ils te vendent le char mais après, chao bye!

Dishonest dealer that sells car with front brake component didn't meet minimum safety requirements in Ont. The car was inspected by Audi dealer in Ont for safety did not meet minimum safety requirements need 2 front rotors and a set of pad. Explanation and comments from Niquet was the vehicle met Quebec minimum safety requirements at the time of purchased.Paid $2000 for Audi Certified but no help from Audi Canada. Customer relation justification was at the time of purchased the met minimum safety requirements brake components didn't include in the warranty.

I’ve bought a few vehicles at this dealership, new and used, and have always had great service from purchase to after sale service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle or getting their vehicle serviced.

Although I was nicely greeted upon arrival, they damaged my car and then when I realized later it was damaged, they blamed it on me. Went to another vw dealership and they confirmed I could not have not the damage myself. Ended up paying almost 500$ to get my car repaired. That doesn’t include the cost to get my mag wheels wheels fixed since they also damaged those as well. Would not recommend this dealer, they didn’t want to help me, just charge me to fix the damage they have done to my car. Wasted a lot of time because of them and lost work days on top of it all. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Buyers beware, DO NOT BUY from Mathieu Deschenes he's a LIAR!!! He would: - Make you sign the contract saying the car is in his inventory and next day call you saying that the dealer he was getting it from sold it and tries to sell you one in different colour. Isn't "in inventory" means he HAS the car? - He promised to cover the last 3 payments of my previous lease and he changed the terms to 2 payments on contract without my consent. - I asked him numerous time the mileage of the car before delivery and he guarantees everytime it'll be under 100KM. When I signed the contract it's written 10KM I then check the odometer and it shows 250KM! These are just a few of his lies! The dealer in overall is not bad but this salesman (Mathieu Deschenes) MUST BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST!

I had to have my VW serviced and since I purchased my car at this dealer I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday September 4th. I asked the dealer to lend me a car because I have a very busy schedule and can't be stuck at dealer for an hour or more. The day before my appointment I get a call saying they won't have a car available, so I said fine let's reschedule next wednesday, and once again I needed a courtesy car. An hour before my appointement I get a call that the car they will lend me during service is ready and I can show up at any time. I show up there, on time, and guess what...the car is not in the lot. I was so furious, how does a dealership not have a car to lend its customers ?(+ they charge you 20 or 25$ / day which is not a lot, but still they charge you for it) I had to drive 30 mins from work to be told they did not have it. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD EVER! My suggestion is, do not service your car at that dealer, they do not care about customers!
