Brought the car in for a fuel-pump recall... the idiots WASHED the car... it was minus 16 degrees outside... guess what happened? Fuel door mechanism was frozen shut the following day... brought it in, they managed to thaw it out... two days later... guess what? Frozen again... now we're out of town, and they say it's not their problem...

INSTEAD OF ACKNOWLEDGING A MISTAKE WITHIN HIS WORKSHOP AS TECHS MAY HAVE A BAD DAY IN THE JOB, HE INSTEAD HAD A PARTING SHOT THAT HE HAS FULL CONFIDENCE IN HIS PERSONEL AND THAT THEY CARRY OUT GOOD WORK ACCORDING TO PROTOCOLS... YES THE BS YADA YADA YE AND BASICALLY TELLING ME HE SLEEPS WELL ( MOREVER LIKE F- OFF ).I GUESS MONEY GONE.. MONEY TAKEN..DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP ITS A NIGHTMARE FULL ON TRIAL AND ERRORS CONCERNING YOUR VEHICLE .IF THEY EVER GET IT RIGHT ,YOU DODGED A BULLET .

Although I was nicely greeted upon arrival, they damaged my car and then when I realized later it was damaged, they blamed it on me. Went to another vw dealership and they confirmed I could not have not the damage myself. Ended up paying almost 500$ to get my car repaired. That doesn’t include the cost to get my mag wheels wheels fixed since they also damaged those as well. Would not recommend this dealer, they didn’t want to help me, just charge me to fix the damage they have done to my car. Wasted a lot of time because of them and lost work days on top of it all. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
