Very unsatisfactory service from this dealer. If you plan to do any service (oil change, tire change...) you will be left waiting hours and will always asked if you want more done. I wanted to pick up my winter tires from storage so I could have them installed at a local garage instead of this dealer since they charge a lot more and the wait times were too high, so I called, they said I need to make an appointment for this even if its just to pick up my winter tires from storage. According to them, this would save some time and they would have the tires out a ready for me to pick up. Great, sounds good, but as expected, they had no clue. Even with the appointment taken, they still did not have the tires out, had to wait over an hour and the attitude from them was almost confrontational like I should not be surprised that it takes over an hour to simply get some tires off a shelf and bring them to the trunk of my car. This is just one of many experiences I have encountered at this dealer. Not impressed with the service department at all. Avoid them at all costs.

I came in for repair on a bumper cover, and instead of ordering a Echo hatchback piece, they ordered a Sedan bumber!!! Its totally unacceptable for a Toyota dealership! They took pictures of the car previously and they still xxxxed up?! They are a special kind of dumb. Avoid at all cost

Je suis allée pour mon changement d’huile et service annuel et j’ai eu un excellent service de Monsieur Anthony Maciocia qui m’a servi avec courtoisie j’ai été très impressionné par la qualité du service et la façon qu’il mets les clients à l’aise en plus du temps qu’il m’a dit que ça prendrait il est tombé pile, j’ai reçu mon véhicule dans les temps. Mon camion est usagé et lorsque le problème devient difficile à régler, j'ai habitude de me référer à Toyota. Par deux fois ce garage a fait une évaluation erronée du problème. Mais il me fallait en assumer les frais qui se chiffrent à des centaines de dollars. "On ne pouvait pas voir avant d'ouvrir.." "C'est la procédure, il faut commencer par cette pièce avant de changer les autres." Toutes les excuses sont bonnes mais ils ne sont jamais responsables. En plus, ils font payer l'évaluation du problème et aucune voiture de courtoisie. Côté service et qualité des réparations, un gros zéro!
