Terrible service and car. My 2024 Nissan Rogue, which has less than 4,000 km, will not start. All they can say is that these things happen with new technology, they seem quite used to it. I was told to call their service to have it towed to the dealership where they will look at it. No courtesy cars available, I was told. They don't seem to care or really want to help find a solution that would be accommodating to me, their customer. Strangely enough, the issue resolved itself after I called.

I have been a Metro Nissan customer for 5 years and so I tried 6 times over the past 3 weeks to get my winter tires changed to summer tires. These attempts were made by phone and by internet scheduling. I was told that I would be contacted to set the appointment date and time. Metro Nissan has not contacted me even though I have left my email and phone number each time. I have had to resort to contacting a different business for this service. What is going on with Metro Nissan?

Un jour je me suis pointé et j'ai pu retourner le véhicule mais j'avais oublié chez moi le cache bagages alors je le remis le lendemain mais 2 mois après ils m'envoient une facture pour ça!! Plus jamais avec Nissan!

They were very efficient. The receptionists were all very friendly. My car was ready ontime and there were no surprises in terms of price. I paid what they said it would cost. They told me what needed to be fixed or service in the near future. Excellent service.
