I am disappointed with the level of service provided by this dealership. Unfortunately, my brand new electric 2023 vehicle stopped functioning properly after just two months of use. The car's basic functionality, such as movement and battery life, has been severely compromised. Despite seven days of investigation, the dealership identified a faulty component as the cause of the issue. While I understand that such incidents can happen, it has been frustrating to learn that the replacement part is on backorder, resulting in my car sitting idle at the dealership for the past five weeks.
Moreover, I was not provided with a replacement vehicle during this time, and the dealership has been lacking in communication regarding the status of my car. It required numerous phone calls and my involvement with Nissan Canada to secure a rental car, even though the dealership has electric courtesy vehicles available. This lack of attentiveness to customer service is disheartening.
Given my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others seeking a satisfactory car-buying or servicing experience.
