I currently own a GM product and my trustworthy "St.Jérome Chevrolet Service Department" has always been my only choice for servicing my vehicle for the last 4 years. The Service Call Registration is done quickly and they offer limousine service or you can wait in their airy waiting room that has free free wifi. To date, they have done well in governing my expectations by being honest and straight forward. I highly recommend this Dealership for vehicle servicing.

The worst!! Everytime i have to leave My car all day and What was suppose to be done is never done . ( always à pièce missing) They Forgot to repair What i asked for communication between them is afful !!

I went to this dealership for a recall about a fuse, they decided (without consulting me) to remove the undercasing of my car and bled the brakes. I had a second recall for the following week, where they were supposed to put an anticorrosive agent on the underside of my car, but not on the same day (I had to find a car since they were keeping the car for the day). After bleeding the brakes, they told me my car was too dangerous to drive in this condition and refused to return my vehicle stating that they had to keep it till next monday (7 days) . After calling my representative, and talking to Mr Racine, we came to an understanding that they could fix my car and return it to me the same day, without any cost to me, the brake lines now being part of the recall. You have to persevere and ask to talk to a superior in order to fix the situation. All in all, what started as a bad situation and got worse, got fixed by talking to a superior, in this case a Mr. Racine. He fixed the situation to the satisfaction of both parties. I gave them three stars for the time lost and the different answers given until I met with Mr. Racine who, although, started out very sarcastic, still ended up giving me satisfaction. Case closed, although it took time, it has a happy ending. Thank you Mr Racine! I have to mention that this was a recall, with no charge to me, but still, I am in my right to be kept abreast of what work they decide to perform on my vehicule, before it's done. I came in for a fuze recall and ended up having my brake lines changed. Was not ready for it and lost half a day!

Nous avions un rendez vous pour un entretien de notre véhicule Tuscon 2018 et avons demandé à voir un conseiller pour avoir de l'information sur les véhicules disponibles. Nous avons été rencontrés immédiatement par un conseiller qui a bien cerné nos besoins et nos attentes à l'égard de notre prochain véhicule. Il nous a proposé un essai routier avec un Tuscon 2023 et un Santa Fe Calligraphy 2022. Nous avons adoré le Santa Fe et opté pour un Calligraphy 2023. Lors de nos rencontres pour conclure la transaction, nous avons pu échanger avec le personnel de la direction et la personne au financement toujours sous l'aimable accompagnement de notre conseiller. Nous sommes grandement satisfaits de notre expérience chez Ste-Foy Hyundai avec notre conseiller Pierre-Olivier Daigle-Giroux.

Mon camion est usagé et lorsque le problème devient difficile à régler, j'ai habitude de me référer à Toyota. Par deux fois ce garage a fait une évaluation erronée du problème. Mais il me fallait en assumer les frais qui se chiffrent à des centaines de dollars. "On ne pouvait pas voir avant d'ouvrir.." "C'est la procédure, il faut commencer par cette pièce avant de changer les autres." Toutes les excuses sont bonnes mais ils ne sont jamais responsables. En plus, ils font payer l'évaluation du problème et aucune voiture de courtoisie. Côté service et qualité des réparations, un gros zéro!

Les préposés aux ventes sont très courtois. Malheureusement je ne peux en dire autant de la préposée au service. Je viens de payer le rachat de mon véhicule alors elle doit se dire qu’il n est plus nécessaire d’être polie. On dépense beaucoup d argent sur nos autos, il serait apprécié d’être traitée avec courtoisie et politesse.

Directrice au service pitoyable. Nous avons 2 subaru acheter à ce concessionnaire. Celui de ma conjointe a un problème de rouille de surface à l'aile sur la jonction avec la fausse aile. Diagnostic du service, un accrochae, peut-être un vélo ????. Aucune trace d'impact. D'autre carrossier nous confirme que ça serait dunaunplatic qui est mal fixé qui aurait frotter. Le mien, un peux de peinture décolle de sur la poignée de lanpoter conducteur. Diagnostic, un impact !!??. Un impact sur le dessus de la poignée... un autre concessionnaire subaru, nous a confirmé que le service de subaru ste julie était déficient car beaucoup de leurs clients allait les voir. Franchement pathétique...
