GLC 300 I bought last year and they provided brand new tires. Recently, my tire had a nail and loosing air, so went to this service place and they replaced with a new tire and charged $837.59, instead of fixing it. It should be a easy fixed. I feel they are very dishonest and trying to suck $$$, instead of helping you. Very disappointed.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CONDENSCENDING GENERAL MANAGER NAMED JOHN. INSTEAD OF ACKNOWLEDGING A MISTAKE WITHIN HIS WORKSHOP AS TECHS MAY HAVE A BAD DAY IN THE JOB, HE INSTEAD HAD A PARTING SHOT THAT HE HAS FULL CONFIDENCE IN HIS PERSONEL AND THAT THEY CARRY OUT GOOD WORK ACCORDING TO PROTOCOLS... YES THE BS YADA YADA YE AND BASICALLY TELLING ME HE SLEEPS WELL ( MOREVER LIKE F- OFF ).I GUESS MONEY GONE.. MONEY TAKEN..DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP ITS A NIGHTMARE FULL ON TRIAL AND ERRORS CONCERNING YOUR VEHICLE .IF THEY EVER GET IT RIGHT ,YOU DODGED A BULLET .

Bonjour, j'ai attendu la réponse de M. Directeur (service- Richard Oliveira) 2 semaines avant d’écrire l'opinion au public. Quel ignorance! J'ai payé pour le service B (+antirouille). L’antirouille n’était pas faite comme il fallait, il avait des traces de l’antirouille l’année passe. Lendemain quand j'ai rendu, ils ont refait la graissage sur des mécanismes de verrouillage qui n’était pas appliquée sans me donner l'excuse pour l'oubli. Pour l’antirouille je toujours attends la réponse. Je fortement suggère d’éviter ce concessionnaire.
