Very expensive dealer for service. Honda as lost the me for ever. Paint, mecanical parts are so expensive. Buy a new car or use OK but it's after for the service is not OK.

Également l'approche visant à permettre au client de faire l'essai d'un Audi électrique sur le retour à la maison. Please do not go there! I have a 2 and a half year old Honda Odyssey 2020. Bought it in July. My battery needs boosting every weekend when I go to my sons baseball games. The issue is that the battery after 2 years has trouble keeping its charge when the car is off and you use the electric doors and windows. At baseball I often need to open my doors to get stuff. This dealership told Checked my battery and told me everything is ok. My original battery though is not the strongest they sell and not what is actually recommended for my car. My warranty ends in July and hopefully they will change the battery free of charge. When I brought it there to explain my issues, Park Avenue Honda service gave me a big speech about charging my battery by making long distances .. well I go to Cornwall and Maskinongé and the States so no that is not my problem. Then he mentioned putting my car on a battery charger all night!!! Excuse me? My car is not electric ! Worked well for summer 2020, 2021 and 2022. This winter and summer lots of issues with battery dying. If they don’t replace my battery for free, will not be going there anymore.

I used to have an old car and I was going there for all of the reparation and annual check-up. For the first time in my life I have complete trust in a dealer. I later on bought a new car and then again the service was amazing. I would recommand it whether or not you have a Mitsubishi. They are honest, fast and effective. Keep up the good work !
