in the last month i need to bring my mazda 3 2007 2 times,
The first time it was for a oil change service, i called to take an appointement and speak with Thomas, he sold me the 72 000 km inspection for 169$ + taxes.

when i first do my brake at the front -
isaw the brake haven't been services. the technician only remove the wheel and inspect he havn't dismantle to clean and lubrificate them. everything was jam on the car system, no trace of recent grease on the rails/pins
i went to MAZDA barnabe and they offert me a credit of 50$ i didn't accept it yet
then i do my brake in the rear - the caliper cylinder was jam in place, try to screw them to get them in too fit with the brand new disc pad. also the rear disc pad was like new ( the one on the car before i installed the new i have purchased) i neew to used a C clamp since i screw them to get them in place, an again no sign of recent services on them.
before i do my brake on the car the dealer have do the major repair on my rear train
while i was doing my rear brake service i get in doubt they have replace all part they mention to PPP. Next step i'm calling PPP to ask them to send an inspector to do the verification on the vehicule
also when they get the job for the rear train , they sold me an aligment, what they should do since they have touch part that need to be align, and when i take the car
i verified the alignment and the car go straigth left. also when i change my brake in the front the first thing i saw was oil all over, my shock in the front rigth loss is oil. they didn't see that in the alignement.
So i don't recomand this dealer for anyone since you would get fooled.
Their technician ( cause they don't call them mechanic cause they don't pay them the price they value and they still charge 75$/hour) are not trustable they change part to change part and don't care about you people.
