In 2018 I bought a brand new Honda HRV. After 7 months I got a problem- after parking my car one week or more - the battery was fully drained. I went to this dealership to resolve this problem. But I got fantastic answer - IT IS NORMAL!!!! Why it a normal? I also have a Toyota Rav-4 and it never had this problem! People from dealerships- why you did not tell me “it normal” before I bought it? You must to say everybody- “after six month battery will be completely drain after one week parking. It a normal and we will not fix this issue”. But you did not do it! I very upset by this purchase and never go back to Honda. I recommend to potential buyers keep out Honda HRV and CRV before problem with draining battery will be resolve

Bought a new car from them. My Iphone did not sound when I was in the car so I went to the service to ask why meet with Mathieu Defoy who is one of the service advisers there I tried to ask him why his answer was I'm going to lunch don't have time for you....Very rude This is the second time he has been rude like this my other car needed new brakes I had them changed there cost 1200$ when I got home the hand brake went all the way up. I called him to ask why the hand brake was not adjusted his answer was I did not tell him to do it. When the brakes are changed it is common practice to adjust the hand brake especially when done by the dealer for that price I am very disappointed will never take my car there again his service is horrible Very unsatisfied with him
