I had a very frustrating experience with Honda des Sources regarding a safety recall for my vehicle. In November 2024, I was informed about a critical steering system issue in my car, which is a serious safety concern. However, when I contacted the dealership, they booked me an appointment for February 2025—three months later! Despite explaining my situation and requesting a more convenient time, they showed no flexibility or willingness to accommodate my schedule.
To make matters worse, they refused to provide a replacement vehicle while my car was being serviced, even though this is a safety-related recall. I had no choice but to take a half-day off from work to attend the appointment. When I arrived, I was met with cold and dismissive service. They informed me that the part needed for the repair was not available, wasting my time and leaving me without a resolution.
This entire experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. For a safety recall, I expected better communication, flexibility, and customer service. Unfortunately, Honda des Sources failed on all fronts. I hope they improve their processes and treat customers with more respect in the future.
