terrible sales and service - Joannafan
I bought an Ecosports 2018 on June 5th. At that day when I went there to pick up my car, I found the back seats were not set up well and the drip moldings had problem. Then the sales man said he would ask the service to order the parts and made an appointment for me as long as they got the parts. Then he help me make an appointment on June 18th. But when my husband arrived there on time, they told him they didn't get the parts.(the salesman said they forgot to order), but nobody informed us that before we went there. my husband asked 3 hours dayoff to there. They didn't even say sorry , they just tell him they will order the parts then make another appointment. I am extremely upset. I made a complaint, the sale department director proposal me $200 the dealer credit , I didn't take it because they lost my trust at beginning. By the way , their salesman made a lot of mistake and make the sale process was confusion and unorganized.
