Following my unfortunate incident of July 19, Sebouh the Service Manager took control of the situation. First an apology for the delay in diagnosing the broken strut in addition to the obvious flat tire.
Then on the following Monday a loaner car was ready for me.
Then the repair was done and the car was washed inside and outside and ready on time and under budget, if you can believe that.
So while these unfortunate incidents do occur, when brought to the attention of the Service Manager the service was A#1, top of the heap.
To me, this is the sign of an attentive dealer, who listens to their clients and makes sure things get done right.
After this experience, I would recommend Gabriel Ford Lincoln and if there is an issue, Sebouh will fix it.
