Poor and dishonest service department.
(I am reporting this as a mature car enthusiast. I've owned, raced and maintained a number of German, Japanese and American cars over the last 30-40 years. I probably do 50% of all my mechanical upkeep.)
Vague and incompetent service agent did not know standard maintenance schedule requirements to maintain a 2 year old vehicle for warranty compliance.
Was charged for a "recommended" full brake flush that never actually got done. Deceit ! I had to cacth this on my owne when I noticed that the calipers were never touched as evidenced by the dirt that was still there and no hand or fingerprints. I did get a refund after proving that the brake fluid was not fresh.
AC repair under warranty turned out to be UNSUCCESSFUL.
Deceitfully did not re-install the original felt fenderliner, which I only discovered as missing a few months later.
A true STEALERSHIP, giving all good dealers a very bad reputation.
