I have been going to Audi Lauzon for oil changes and other maintenance for my Audi for several years, and I am very satisfied with their service. The staff is always courteous and professional, and they take good care of my car. They are honest and transparent about the costs and the work done, and they always finish on time. I trust them with my car, and I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction

Although I was nicely greeted upon arrival, they damaged - vwdriver

Although I was nicely greeted upon arrival, they damaged my car and then when I realized later it was damaged, they blamed it on me. Went to another vw dealership and they confirmed I could not have not the damage myself. Ended up paying almost 500$ to get my car repaired. That doesn’t include the cost to get my mag wheels wheels fixed since they also damaged those as well. Would not recommend this dealer, they didn’t want to help me, just charge me to fix the damage they have done to my car. Wasted a lot of time because of them and lost work days on top of it all. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Went to Niquet in 2012 3 or 4 times for the same problem unsolved. Mechancs used: no good although the staff seemed friendly and nice waiting area.

This dealership is amazing. From sales to service you can not go wrong. I highly recommend giving this dealership a chance. Rented my Ford Escape and can't say enough good things from welcoming us into the dealership to the delivery and service of the vehicle. Definitely looking forward to a long-term relationship.
