Terrible experience. My car has been with them for 2 weeks now: The AWD does not work (and I need it). First, they told me first that their system was hacked for days... Then, they say the car needs a new chip that will arrive soon. Now, they say the chip is back-ordered for another 2 weeks: they will provide me with a loaner... They don"t call back. I call and no return. I called this morning and they say that they told a colleague to call me and he-she did not do it.... They just called me and I am supposed to get a loaner today... To follow-up!
