Just a few words to define this dealership... liars and incompetent! Around July 2025, I purchased a used RAM from this dealership. The salesperson told me it was a trade-in. The vehicle was in impeccable shape but other then the Carfax, I was unable to get from them any history from the vehicle. I asked if they did anything to the car and he insisted that they got it exactly the way he showed it to me. Well, I was able to track down the previous owner which was nice enough to tell me about the vehicle. This is when I found out that most of the thing the dealer told me were lies. The dealer gave me an inspection report stating every single points of the inspection were in perfect condition and nothing was wrong with the vehicle. As I left for a test drive I immediately found a bunch of issues which indicated on the inspection report were in perfect condition. One of the motorize mirrors was broken, motor has an exhaust leak at the manifold and the windshield was cracked. Wow, one xxxx of an inspection report! The salesperson never used a company e-mail, always his personal Hotmail address… not really professional! He told me only one FOB came with the vehicle, the owned told me he gave them 2. The dealer told me he tried to reach the previous owner to get the other FOB with no avail and the previous owner told me no one ever called him! For the SERVICE side, I can only say their vehicle inspection is a total joke, I would definitely not bring in my vehicle there for servicing. On the sales side, just lies after lies in order to sell you a vehicle. I would never buy another vehicle from them.

One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever seen, I came for some repairs and they tried selling me on maintenance packages before I even sat down, they were supposed to order a part that would take one or two weeks and it took one month, if you tried to call and get through you always end up waiting or not not being helped. That place needs an overhaul.

Two weeks ago, I drove from the West Island to Duclos Chrysler Longueuil to purchase a used car & test drive it. I was introduced to Malik Kante, a young sales rep, very conscientious. Malik impressed me from the get go. He was dynamic with a super nice smile & personality. He demonstrated integrity by answering all of my questions clearly & concisely, as well as carefully guiding me through the process with great care & effort. What impressed me the most was his extensive knowledge & professionalism for his young age. I purchased the 2017 Honda Civic Coupe & couldn't be happier. All in all I had an amazing experience with Malik whom I would highly recommend to anyone in the process of buying a new or used car at Duclos Longueuil, being a elite dealership in my opinion. Je devais acheter une voiture usagée rapidement et Mathieu et Gabrielle ont travaillé très fort pour que achat se réalise. Mathieu a lui même remarqué un petit détail et il a demandé à ce que ce soit réparé le plus possible. Bon service et surtout accueillant. Malgré son horaire chargé, Gabrielle a trouvé le temps de bien nous expliquer tout le processus de la vente. Pour la vente de voiture usagée, je les recommande fortement!

Leased a Jeep Wrangler from them in January 2023 and was treated well, as I was getting closer to the end of my lease I have been dealing with Francois Richer who was trying to get me into another Jeep, unfortunately he refused to speak to me in English. I don't know if he is unable but if this is the case someone else should have handled me. On several occasions I spoke with him on the phone and a couple of face to face meetings but nothing to accommodate me as the client. I will return this Jeep tomorrow and will NOT be leasing or buying another from them. I have however bought another Jeep Wrangler from another dealer who accorded me the respect M. Richer should have and they dealt with me in my language from start to finish.

Pire service à la clientèle. Ils ont gardé notre jeep pendant 5 mois et n’ont toujours pas été capable de le répare entièrement et ce malgré près de 10k$ de frais. Ils nous ont prêté un véhicule de rechange - un Jeep Cherokee neuf (5k).. La transmission de ce véhicule a « lâché » sur la voie rapide mettant nos vies en danger. Le véhicule est retourné sur une plateforme chez le concessionnaire. Nous ne ferons plus jamais affaire avec eux ou Jeep. Et ne vous les recommandons pas.

Once he saw I only spoke English he said to my face in french : Je n'ai pas le temps pour du niaisage. Qu'il decriss. I only asked for a 500$ off 18000$. I just stood there baffled. The girl who was helping me didn't know what to do, what to say so I went to another dealer and bought something completely different. I don't recommend this place.

J’ai récemment collaboré avec Grenier Chrysler - Montréal-est pour un projet d’achat de véhicule. Bien que j’apprécie leur rapidité à m’offrir une préapprobation, mon expérience globale a été décevante pour plusieurs raisons. Tout d’abord, j’ai ressenti une pression constante pour prendre une décision rapidement, ce qui m’a donné l’impression que mes besoins et mes priorités passaient au second plan. Ensuite, j’ai constaté un manque flagrant de transparence : il m’était difficile de savoir avec quelle banque j’avais été préqualifié et quels concessionnaires étaient impliqués dans le processus. Enfin, la manière dont la collaboration s’est terminée manquait clairement de professionnalisme. En posant des questions légitimes et en demandant plus de clarté sur certains aspects, j’ai eu l’impression que mon opinion en tant que client n’était pas prise au sérieux. Ils nous ont menti du début à la fin, véhicule venant de l'Ontario, appartenant à "Entreprises location", tout véhicule qui vient d'ailleurs qu'au Québec doit obligatoirement être inspecté avant toute choses lorsqu'il entre au Québec, ce concessionnaire ne l'a pas fait et nous à rien dit, donc nous avons roulé pendant quelques mois sans avoir le droit puisque les transits étaient non-utlisables. La transmission avait été ouverte avant d'arriver au Québec. À 108 000 km la transmission c'est vidé de son huile sur l'autoroute, résultat : finit, elle doit être changer. La compagnie mère en Ontario refuse de nous aider. Fini pour nous cette marque et les concessionnaire appartenant au même groupe de propriétaires, plusieurs concessionnaires de d'autres marques leur appartiennent, dans le même coins

I am writing to express my deep concern I purchased from this dealership approximately two weeks ago. While driving on the highway,the caliper on the front right side of the vehicle detached, resulting in a complete loss of braking capability. This incident occurred while our children were passengers in the car, and it is evident that the safety inspection conducted by your dealership was not performed with due diligence. Furthermore, we encountered an additional issue with the headlights flickering on and off during the same drive. This further supports our belief that the safety inspection was not carried out effectively. The dealership is not responding to our calls or emails. DO NOT purchase from them.

Ils m'ont cédulé (et confirmé) un rendez-vous pour un essai routier d'un véhicule qui n'était même pas disponible. J'ai fait plus de 100km aller-retour de chez moi pour ce rendez-vous. En plus, le directeur des ventes n'appuit même pas ses vendeurs, il n'a même pas osé me rappeler pour tenter de ratraper leur bévue. Pas fort! Très mauvaise expérience avant-vente, Imaginez une fois qu'ils ont votre argent... Tant pis, j'ai acheté ailleur

Today, I went to have a recurring electrical problem with my less than 2 years Fiat 500. In the last 23 months we had 3 brake/indicating lights dying on us, which clearly indicate an electrical problem. After consulting them a previous time in the past, they completely ignored the problem exposed to them and they just changed the lightbulb, with a 40$ added bill for time. 40$ for 5 minutes of work! And not helpful at all with the problem. Although, I went back to complain and try to reason with them, they did not offer any compensation or seemed worried about the actual problem. Never will go there again and will make sure to tell everyone I know!

Ensuite hier j'ai été pour magasiner un jeep wrangler et peut etre leur donner une seconde chance et non j'ai jamais vue ça prendre leur client comme des cave. Il a essayer de me vendre un jeep demo au rpix plus elever qu'un neuf même que sont offre était plus élever que le prix afficher dans la fenêtre. Oubli de m'a viser que le gps n'était pas activer après achat de mon Jeep Cherokee neuf...ca m'a fais triste après signature du contrat,il me demandait $600.00 pour l'activer,je crois c'est une erreur du concessionnaire...et aurait dû avoir compensation.....merci. J'ai acheter avant un Jeep Cherokee 2015 et mon gps était fonctionnel....c'est pourquoi j'étais certain dans mon nouveau jeep il était activer....il a eu vraiment un manque d'information du concessionnaire... I bought my Jeep SRT from this dealership with an extended warranty. I was lied to about what would and wouldn't be covered on this extended warranty. In the end Quebec, Consumer Protection stepped in and helped me get my warranty money back but the whole experience left me with a bad impression. I took it in for an on warranty repair I waited over 5 hours just to be told they don't have the part and was charged over $200 (no notice that there would be a cost), when I refused they said I won't get my keys back until I pay in full! It escalated when they sabotaged my Jeep SRT after taking it in for servicing. I will never go back to Chrysler Laval. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Don't buy a car or service a car at this dealership. They've even disabled their google review because their that bad.
