Be aware of their tactics. They want you to sign and make a deposit before the deal is done. I am in a sales and the only thing I can compare to these people is that of Timeshare sales tactics. For those of you who have been to a Timeshare presentation, you will understand. I turned around and went elsewhere and bought from someone honest and no pressure whatsoever. My 2016 Ford F-150 failed to start while shopping. My truck was towed to the Ford Lincoln Gabriel service center late Thursday afternoon. On Monday they identified the problem and told me it could take up to 10 days to receive the part since it comes from the US. It turned out to be a defective starter. Unable to wait that long I spoke to the service manager Mr. S. Gilesian to see if they can help me find a part somewhere else. He said he would look into it. The very next day Mr. R. Pontarelli found the part and I had my truck back before lunch. Service like this is hard to find. I would like to thank them for their help.
