A very good experience - highmileage
I visited Dilawri Chevrolet Buick GMC several times over the course of a few weeks and every time I entered the building someone greeted me and asked if I needed help. I was looking at a used Mazda CX-5 and was introduced to Roberto Urbisci. Roberto was very helpful, not at all pushy and made an excellent first impression. Judging by the appearance of the vehicle—very clean outside and in, and shiny new rear brake pads and rotors—I could see that the dealer had already checked the vehicle over and prepared it for sale. There's nothing more disappointing than to test drive a car that a dealer doesn't want to invest a dime in, that's dirty, smells bad and has unrepaired damage, worn brakes or other issues. This was an absolutely gorgeous vehicle which drove perfectly and was immaculately presented. Roberto was very helpful and professional in all of my dealings with him, he gave me a fair price for my trade and I felt that he was honest and straightforward with me. Needless to say I bought the CX-5. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Véronique Crevier on the closing of the sale and financing. Véronique was very thorough and seemed to care very much that I, as a valued customer, got everything I was supposed to and that everything was in order prior to delivery. She informed me of options like warranty and service plans, but didn't pressure sell them. Everything that we agreed to was honoured, and there were no unpleasant surprises in the final paperwork. When I arrived to pick up my car I was introduced to Emanualle Seguin Levesque, who transferred my plates to the new vehicle and did a walk-around with me to make sure I was satisfied that the car I'd test-driven was still in the same condition. Emanuelle offered to answer any final questions I might have, and I was on my way. I should add that, when I picked up the car it was later in the evening and the service department was closed, so Véronique said I could make arrangements to pick up my spare key the next day. I was a bit nervous about this because keys for push-start cars are expensive and what if they lose it or forget about it? Well, when I arrived to pick up my key, I was greeted cheerfully by three different people who all seemed to know that I was coming to pick up my key! What a great experience. No regrets whatsoever. I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review to make sure there were no issues with the vehicle but I'm happy to report that it looks as good and drives every bit as well as it did when I test drove it. I have given this dealer 5 stars and I would buy a vehicle from them again without hesitation. A few notes for other dealers who might read this review: Always greet the customer when he/she walks in the door, and offer to help. Always prep. your vehicles and make them look ready for delivery before you have an agreement of sale. This makes your customer feel valued; That you care about the impression you make. Don't waste time lying or shifting numbers around on the paperwork deceitfully—be honest. And finally, treat your people with respect and dignity and they will work hard to make you look great. In conclusion, a very commendable job to the staff at Dilawri Chevrolet Buick GMC. Merci beaucoup et joyeuses fêtes!
