Following my unfortunate incident of July 19, Sebouh the Service Manager took control of the situation. First an apology for the delay in diagnosing the broken strut in addition to the obvious flat tire. Then on the following Monday a loaner car was ready for me. Then the repair was done and the car was washed inside and outside and ready on time and under budget, if you can believe that. So while these unfortunate incidents do occur, when brought to the attention of the Service Manager the service was A#1, top of the heap. To me, this is the sign of an attentive dealer, who listens to their clients and makes sure things get done right. After this experience, I would recommend Gabriel Ford Lincoln and if there is an issue, Sebouh will fix it.

Ripoff artists! - Guy

Ripoff artists!!! When having to fix a slow leak after mounting brand new tires, they allege a valve needs replacement to charge an extra $50 for their poor workmanship!

Delay getting car back - richard75

Booked appointment for 7:15 a.m. for tire change and oil change, tires were already on rims. work was done properly but it took way too long to get the car back. (2 1/2 hrs) Will probably go back to my old ford dealer.

Purchased a used F-150 and the service at first was not the best, due to a language barrier with one of them, but then dealt with the owner's son, which was good during the purchase. That changed, and I feel once they got their money, that was is it. The great service stopped there. We feel like this was another bad experience with a dealership, as bad surprises always seem to happen after the purchase.

For those of you who have been to a Timeshare presentation, you will understand. I turned around and went elsewhere and bought from someone honest and no pressure whatsoever. I live in the Toronto, Ontario area and was searching for a vehicle for months. I found a 2014 Ford Edge Limited and contacted the Dealership and spoke with salesman Jean-Yves Brisson. I had a trade in and sent photos of my car for him to make me an offer. We worked out a price, which was VERY reasonable, I couldn't find anything comparable in Ontario. I drove the 5 hours to the dealership. The car was detailed and ready to go (they even put in a new battery) and a Quebec temporary permit. It took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. The vehicle was immaculate and just as described. All of the Service records were provided. The safety inspection in Ontario found the car had been perfectly maintained and was in excellent condition. I was somewhat hesitant to purchase a vehicle from another Province but the salesman put my mind at ease and took car of all of the Permit transfer and Tax issues. It was a pleasurable experience and I would definitely recommend this Dealer and Jean-Yves Brisson. It was Jean-Yves that made this transaction great.

I've had the pleasure of buying 3 vehicles here and leasing 1. Each time I've dealt with Emmanuel, a really nice guy originally from France I believe. After I had a disastrous experience at other Ford dealerships trying to find a particular truck, with one meeting with him, he was able to find what I needed and explained a bit the process of how it works trading vehicles with other dealerships and it was really quite pleasant. When I grew my company and needed more trucks I always went back with him. Any type of issue (and there was only paperwork complications going from registered to incorporated company etc) but any issue at all, I went to him and he put me in contact with the right person. I've always felt that most peoples bad experiences is often because you deal with someone who is trying to help you but its beyond their competency. With Emmanuel he knew exactly which person was the right person to resolve any type of particular issue. Besides that, there was never any pressure sales and always had fun test driving the vehicles. All the other staff is very friendly. The mechanic aspect is a bit pricey but that's the case with most dealership garages. I've been very satisfied with my experience there. When my lease is up, I will probably be getting another vehicle elsewhere simply because my wife doesn't want me to have a truck (I have enough with the company trucks!) and Ford doesn't carry a diverse amount of cars anymore. I would definitely recommend going to buy new there because that's been my experience and compared to other dealerships, it was quite open, honest and pleasant -Mike Plomberie et Chauffage M.D. Inc.

Sellers tried to sell us a car with a bunch of lies. Their were supposed to fix a few things on the body, but it took 3 times to get a fair job. We battled just to get our phone calls returned from the seller and even from the directors. They promised so much and we got nothing! They were selling a car with full garanties but when it was time to sign... it was just another lie! If you go there, you will loose, time, money and a lot of energy! NEVER EVER GO TO THIS DEALER!
