Avoid this dealership at all cost. There's no shortage of Dodge dealers. Jason was outstanding to deal with for sales, too bad Jason doesn't manage/run the dealer itself. We went to the Jeep dealer to have warranty claim submitted for paint defects (some mentioned shortly after buying and documented) others surrounding the hinges / corrosion issues which are well known and documented with Jeep Wrangler JL models. 5 weeks passed and the claim was not submitted, despite multiple follow ups, we were always responded with "we're busy, short staffed, not yet". We took the Jeep to another dealer who had us take it to their body shop for photos and an estimate, and the claim was submitted the same day. 5 weeks for a warranty claim, something isn't right, no matter how busy they were. We won't be back at Reliable, despite other issues, this was the last straw.
