The best experiences and price ij the city compared to other Nissan dealerships. Even if you plan to service closer to home don't rule out buying from Kanata. I bought a Pathfinder and have to say Neil and Chris made it so easy for me to make a decision when it came to price. Nick was an amazing sales rep that accommodate me every step of the way.

This dealer will rip you off!!!! - Rs91

Steer clear of this dealer. Purchased a vehicle here in March. It was a 2014 chrysler 300 touring with over 20,000 Km's, former enterprise rental. Trade in was a 2007 dodge caliber upgraded interior. Paid $30,000 for this vehicle and although was in mint condition there was some damage to the driver side fender and passenger door (scratches), they did pay for these repairs as promised. After purchasing this vehicle did further research and found exact models with less Km's for less $. Not one of the vehicles listed on auto trader carried a price tag close to the amount we payed and they gave $1500 trade in for caliber which is far below the blue book value of it. This dealer seems more interested in profits than customer satisfaction and is owned by Toronto auto group.

The Service Advisor named Chuck greeted me as soon as I came in, checked me in to my appointment, carefully explained everything that would be done, gave me an estimate of the amount of time it would take and offered me a free car wash. After the work was done in the time I was told it would be, Chuck explained everything that was done and everything they discovered with courtesy and details and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

We were shipping around for an Acura and saw Pulse Motors on kijiji and thought the price and car were a great match. We decided to call and Mohamed, the owner answered, my first impression was he was very genuine and customer service oriented. He invited us down to check out the car and everything was as described! i would put negative if a could, i bought a 2010 Volvo sc60 t6 which is a very nice car i pit 3500 down for this they talked it up the owner Dannie said i should be happy im getting the cheapest Volvo in Canada idiot he is. first it toke 2 weeks to get ready cost me hundreds in rentals after spending 3500 down plus platesc ect, when i finally picked it up it should not have passed a safety, inside walls of tire you could see the mesh, rotors and pads were so bad they would shake a coffee out of your hand coming to a stop, rad had a hole in it , couldnt use heat cause blower fan pin wheel was broke couldnt roll down drivers side window, so i finally got them to fix "some" of it then 2 months not even later the power steering goes the tranny starts slipping, so i spend almost 2000 trying to fix it i tell them i got behind on my payments trying ti fix it to make it road worthy so i fell behing making payments when i could, well as soon as the car was fixed and done at volvo and i made my payment arrangements they didnt care after me spending thousands. they came stole it and refused even with offering to pay 2000 to get it back they refused THERE THEIVS DO NOT GO THERE PLEASE AND INTREST OF 29.9% CARS ARE NOT ROAD WORTHY THEY THINK WERE xxxx

I bought a vehicle from them I am very disappointed they delivered my vehicle without having my vehicle detailed also breaks where not done on time of date of delivery and they refused to fix sensor problem because it was not part of the safety it was a problem with the vehicle before and they said cause I got the car at there sale price they don’t feel they need to do anymore I’m extremely upset and I feel because I am a female they took advantage of me

Unnecessary Repairs - unneededrepairvictim

I brought my vehicle in for a safety certification. I was surprised to hear that new brake pads were required, given that they had been replaced three months earlier at another service center. I told them that I would forego the repairs and that I would take the vehicle back to where the pads had been previously replaced. When I did, the owner put my vehicle on the hoist, took the wheels off and called me in to show me that the pads were virtually like new. I called Schmidt and Shaw and told them what I was seeing. After a few minutes on hold, I was told that the contact of the pad on the wheel drum did not meet industry standards. I asked what that standard was and was put back on hold for several minutes. Finally, I was told that the minimum contact was 75%, a figure the manager didn't know, but had to find out. With my car still on the hoist, it was clear that the contact was very close to 100%. When I told the manager that he said he would be happy to take it for a test drive with me. I went back to Schmidt and Shaw, where the manager took the vehicle out with me. At one point, he said he felt a vibration as he was braking hard while travelling at 90km/hr. (no kidding ! ) When we got back to Schmidt and Shaw, he said that because of the vibration and the fact that they always worked to exceed industry standards, he stood firm on the repairs required. He did, however, offer to "work with me" on the price of repairs. I paid the fee for the safety inspection and left. The car was certified three hours later at another location with no repairs required. It was clear to me that the recommended repairs were baseless and only there to generate cost. I wonder if this is an ongoing business practice at Schmidt and Shaw.

The owner and salesman of Seaway would do or so anything to get you into a car, but does the absolute bare minimum checking to make sure the car is even worth taking off the lot. Was told my vehicle was inspected thoroughly before purchase; check engine light was on within a day or two. Engine only got worse from there. Brought it back in for servicing within a week and was told the problem had been resolved, only to have the problem come back usually by the next day. After the third or fourth time of bringing it in for the same problem I'm told it's no longer under warranty, and that I'm responsible for it financially now. Seaway does NOT sell reliable vehicles and they will take any measure they can to squeeze a buck without putting in the effort.

I would recommend Shadow Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle, the service is fantastic and they go over and beyond to satisfy the customer! They are now located on Niagara Street in Welland. I would definitely buy more cars from Shadow Auto. The owners and staff are amazing! They are simply the best!!!

A very satisfying purchase experience for my dream car! - Elissssse

Paul and his team at Shift are enthusiasts first and foremost. It was apparent after walking in the door and immediately falling into a discussion about the passion behind Lotus cars and never once during my visit being pressured to move forward with a purchase. I was looking for an Elise and they had the best selection in the country by far. While I knew the car from all my research online, I had never experienced one in person and Paul was more than happy to walk me around the car to point out it's intricacies and explain and describe things that if I had not been informed about, I would have never known and possibly struggled with. One example is the method of getting in and out of the car. I would probably look like a struggling fool to this day if he had not demonstrated the technique for gracefully slipping in and out of this very unique automobile. While it was a few weeks before I actually decided to purchase, I never once was pushed to make the sale or handed any pressure tactics, I was the one who reached out to make the purchase and even still Paul gave me a great deal on a 2007 Elise. The car has been flawless since I purchased it almost a year ago, and it gives me a thrill and plants an ear to ear grin on my face each time I get behind the wheel. I would highly recommend Paul at Shift Motors if you are looking for a Lotus Elise as he knows the brand inside out and seems to keep a well rounded inventory of the cars.

The owner is apparently the only sales guy. After calling ahead during his regular business hours, he was not there when we arrived. When he finally got back he was grumpy and didn't even want to talk about the vehicle we were interested in even though we told him we were paying cash. There is a reason used car dealerships sales people are called DEALERS. This guy isn't one.
