Motor blew in my 2017 Tucson with only 80,000km on it. Brought it to the dealership to find that there was a recall in 2021 that I was not aware of. It took over 10 days for them to look at the vehicle, made me collect every oil change receipt for them to say I did not maintain my vehicle. after 13 days they submitted their findings to Hyundai Canada, who then denied the recall claim. Shame on you Superior Hyundai and Hyundai Canada. This is a problem caused by your manufacturer on your motor. There was a recall that you will not go good for. After owning 3 Hyundai vehicles, I will never purchase another, nor will I ever recommend a Hyundai vehicle. Not to mention Superior Hundai also attempted to make me purchase 4 new tires for an all wheel drive vehicle I don’t even own. I may be a female but be assured I am not stupid.

This is the best dealership I have seen for honesty and superior service to my vehicle . They go above and beyond . After going to local service people , getting ripped off repeatedly with poor repair , I now only go to GD Coates even tho they are far from me . I have been using them now for years with excellent results

Parts/Service Thief's/Crooks - Frustated Suzuki Owner

One of the worst experience of my life. I will never buy a Suzuki Car and will never service especially from Suzuki Brampton. Management Staff has no values for Customers and their hard earned money. Rather providing solutions they run away from the problems. Rather than finding problems in my car they asked me to buy parts and after buying parts buy more parts as the problem they thought is not the right one. When I said I am not going to buy any more parts, they said well go and get your car fixed some one else. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I will never recommend the services for this place to any one.

They are very honest and have always provided exceptional sales and service. Have also referred them to other family members and friends. I like their straight forward approach to doing business. When repairs are required- all options are explained and there are no surprises. Master technician James is very knowledgable and has always exceeded my expectations. You don't stay a 15 year customer of a business unless you are highly satisfied! They even take the time to wash your car after every service. KW Suzuki Saab is an exceptional sales and service provider.

I use to service my car with the previous owners and finally gave up; I heard that their was new owners and decided to try them again; What a turn around; FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, MORE THAN HELPFUL and they know what they are doing!! Keep it up!! I certainly will recommend their service department and look forward to a great relationship.

I recently purchased a used 2009 Subaru WRX Premium from this dealership for a good price ($21,000). I payed for the service fee on the car and picked it up on the scheduled day as usual. I was told everything was good to go and drove off the lot. The car itself was great until I took it home and tried to switch out the summer tires for new winter tires. The dealership forgot (or MISPLACED) my tire wheel lock key. So I can't take off the tires myself without damaging the Rims in some way. Calling them back was a hassle, everyone apparently is unable to help me, saying that they're not responsible for my problem... Another issue is from my two 12 Volt power outlets inside the vehicle are not working. I suppose that's something they chose to not tell me during the sale of the vehicle. At least I can fix my issues by paying for and replacing everything myself, which is what I have to do since the Suzuki dealership is not willing to help me in any way, because it's "not their problem" and their Salesmen are not "mechanics."
