Beware of Service pertaining to repairs of electronic components on your vehicle under warranty. Ensure they see what doesn't work; don't trust on your verbal description only as it could turn into unjust charges;

This review is specific to the Service and Parts department.
If you want parts this calendar year, don’t go here. Go literally ANYWHERE else. Especially if you choose to have quoted work done by another qualified mechanic for considerably less.
I was quoted out well over $5000 in repairs. When I asked how long it would take to get the parts, I was told within a week. That was the end of JUNE.
It is now almost the end of AUGUST and I have put 300km on that June oil change, spent hundreds of dollars on rental cars and extra home delivery fees because altho the parts have been ordered (over a month ago), the parts department at Guelph VW just cannot seem to get their xxxx together.
Excuse after excuse.
Any other VW dealership can obtain the parts required to do the repairs within 1 week - I have called around. Yet Guelph VW seems to want to prolong the process.
My patience has worn thin.
Extremely unprofessional for a service department to purposely delay parts for people who need their vehicles, even when they opt to have the work
