Loved the service! Was treated above and beyond :) Came in for an oil change and basic brake servicing and was beyond happy when driving off! The team was lovely to work with!

Worst dealer around.... 2 year old car that won't take gasoline. Takes 20 mins to put in $20 dollars of gas. Dealer says its my fault because I overfilled it. Won't cover it under warranty. Want $2000 to fix !!!! Don't go to this dealer and stay away from VW garbage. What kind of car won't take gas ??? I've owned 2 Jettas and they were both junk.

This VW dealership is going from poor to very bad in terms of customer experience. The communication between staff members, service crew and customer is always poor and confusing to customer. I always get the feeling that they only care for making money and seem arrogant and careless when challenged. The time they service the vehicle is always the longest I've ever experienced from a dealership. I've had left the service in the past with the vehicle issue unresolved and had to go back (a week later) and payed for an evaluation again. Just bad experience overall and I have owned VW vehicles for the past 8 years.

They have the worst service advisors and services. VW sold me a car with service package by letting me know, everything is covered, you don’t have to worry about any thing after buying this car! I am having vibration issues in my breaks they want to charge me for that. They have checked my breaks last time as I had the same concern! Didn’t charged me any thing nor fixed it! Had an issue with the suspension making cranking noise! Started just after 15k kilometres, mentioned to this guys, this also didn’t get fixed! On top of that they said all cars in this segment have this issue! Sounds like a company problem not my fault! Came to service centre again having same issues! Now they want to charge me for everything thats not fixed in last service as their fault! Thats totally wasting the time coming to this service department! They don’t know how to fix the cars!

This place was great until it wasn't. Great French Vanilla machine, and complementary vacuuming of my car, however, I can do both of those myself. The car took two days to repair instead of one - they charged me for a car rental and only ended up paying for one day. They let me know while I was on my way to pick up the car that they would need another day. After several conversations about the car rental, I was told that only the General Manager could provide a store credit. On another visit, they gave my car back to me and parts fell out of the engine area as I drove away! The manifold cover ($208) wasn't fixed on properly, there was a socket wrench still inside the vehicle and the engine cover emblem ($27) was missing.

They've scared me away. Last repair estimate seemed very high. 3300 + tax. Went elsewhere and had the work done for....get this...1300 + tax . Rip off artists for sure!!!

Poor service. Was in to get a routine tune up. Was told water pump needed replacement but that it was under warrant, so I agreed. Once it was all done Robin, service manager, said water pump was not under warranty and that I would have to pay. Very unprofessional and slimy tactics. I questioned this and was told my the manager Caroline things would be corrected, this was over 5 months ago. Will never buy and Volkswagen again thanks to this service.

The service department is terrible and I see there are many other complaints on this site about this…our story is we have a 2022 Jetta and there is a known problem in which the rear breaks wear faster than they should. As such VW offer an extended warranty on breaks upto 50,000 km. I had Leaven’s service dept check our breaks just before the 50,000 km and they said our breaks were fine and wouldn’t need to be done. Approx a month later we took it in for an oil change and in their inspection they said our rear breaks were practically down to metal and needed replacement - now over the 50,000 km warranty period. They didn’t wear that much in a month. Then they quoted us almost $1,000 to do the breaks - we left and took to Kal Tire who did it for $500 - approx. half what Leaven’s quoted. Leavens also told us it needed control arm bushing but that would be covered under warranty - however then would need an alignment which wouldn’t be covered. They quoted us $200 for the alignment. So we booked for the work and then when my husband called to arrange a shuttle they told us that because we have adaptive cruise control the price for the alignment would actually be $350 - so we called around and took the car to Kal Tire again and they said their cost for alignment is $140.

This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership

our vehicle 202 VW Atlas was dropped off at service for a break light. we walked out with a $1,487.42 balance due on an item was was still under warranty. their explanation, we had installed after market brakes.... e. brake was not releasing was the issue.... We have been leasing vehicles for a few years and now because of $1400 they will not see another dollar from us. We are in dismay with the customer service manager.

Top notch service and quality work - VanWolfe

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

I accidentally brought in Kia brand (Nexus) high-profile all-season tires to install on my new GTI that is factory installed with Firelli low-profile tires. I complained to the service manager, saying it would have been good customer service if they double checked with me before putting a Kia branded tire onto a GTI that had only 9,000 km on it. The manager's response was that's "not her job" and she admitted to not knowing anything about tires. I explained that good customer service is doing more than just the job; it's about exceeding customer expectations. This concept was lost on the manager.

This is the worst experience I've had with a dealer in 35 years of owning cars. I took my 2022 Jetta in for simple repairs to a rubber door seal that had become unattached. Thy informed me that the repair would not be covered by the VW warranty because I had taken the car for rust proofing undercoating by a 3rd party. I then had the car examined by the leading national firm that had applied the undercoating, who said that the undercoating had been perfectly applied and there was no evidence of oil on the door that might have loosened the rubber seal. When I then went back to the Myers Service Manager, he suggested that they might consider making the repair for a reduced price. We set up a time to talk about it by phone but he was unavailable when I called and ignored my repeated emails to call me back. I'm sure VW owners would be surprised to know that simply caring enough to have their cars undercoated for the Canadian winter can result in VW voiding their warranties. The Jetta is a great car but, unfortunately, the service offered by VW and its dealers is abysmal.
