Hi ,worst service what I have experience in my long live , not having understand what service another people mean , telling one doing another. short - car 4 years old ,battery dies when my wife come from store in parking lot and car do not start . Jump battery, start car ,come home ,charge battery, in morning car do not start ,come to willow dealership where leasing this car, ask to check or we cover under warranty for battery -answer was yes , they give as loan car and we left, after 3 hours receive call -car ready-come to pick up they say that we do not drive car enough daily and battery was to low thery just charge same battery and we was ready to go. I really was against this nonsense, did really infinity cars need be driving daily for 2-3 hours that be sure you be able to start next morning, something is really new to me ,and if they said that to me before purchase car I be go to different brand . that what I want to let customers know - Avoid infinity Willowdale because when you get to service car or have some problem do not be surprise to hear that because you drive car just in morning yours alternator is not working right, or some even more stoopid explanations . My best advise - AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP- sorry for over departments, sales people very good , Raimond , Monica , etc but Service Department is _200 or more Minus stars,Just try another dealership ,

I can’t understand some of the negative reviews. I’ve been using this dealership for a while. Every time I have an issue they go way above to help solve it. Staff are all super friendly from sales to front desk and service or to the management. I’ve even met the owner who personally came and shook my hand after a vehicle purchase. Never have I had a negative experience because you can tell they are trained properly and only people who actually care are hired here.

My horrible experience with Myers Infiniti started since I bought my 2017 Certified Preowned QX60 in 2021. It used to go in intermittent limp mode from day one, but that was very rare. Hence, it was very hard to reproduce. I was also new to CVTs, so reading on the internet made me believe that's just how CVTs are. I brought my car back the 2nd or 3rd day after buying, but obviously, they couldn't reproduce the limp mode since the issue was intermittent. However, I wish I had known about obd-ll scanner at that time. Because now, whenever the car goes into limp mode, it shows one or two codes that are present despite the engine light being off and its the same codes which keeps coming back from the past 2 years. I dont understand how they were able to CPO that car with this issue present. Anyway, December 2021 was the first time engine light came on, and since then, engine light had come on numerous times, and they kept on replacing parts using the hit and trial method. Every time, while fixing one issue, they would mess up something else as well. For example, once they messed up a metal sheet in the bottom, which made a clanking noise, and I had to go back immediately but they were all done for the day. Once, I dropped my car with a working wiper fluid pump but got it back with the pump not working, so again, I had to take my car back and even had to pay for the pump. Once they caused an oil leak, which they were not able to find in 2 or 3 visits and I had to provide them evidences of oil leaks with pictures, videos and finally with a tray filled with leaked oil. And every time they would use their hit and trial approach, they would call it a good will, and they had to get it approved from infiniti canada, wasting more time on approvals. I mean, come on.. this started in 2021.. right after buying this suv... when the car was in warranty. I PAID FROM MY POCKET FOR THE CPO WARRANTY. The worst part was they were never able to reproduce the issue unless I reproduced it for them and took my vehicle to them right away on my way to work or any other important trip. I have missed so many trips and spent money on rentals in 2023 because of this poor handling of my issue. In short, the workmanship is horrible. I would definitely not recommend anyone to visit their service department. You can see from the pictures below that I had to visit them 30 times in 2023 alone. Can you imagine going to a service centre 30 times?? Can you imagine telling your boss 30 times that you are going to fix your car because it has broken down again?? And again? And again? This is the worst decision of my life, buying an infiniti and that too from Myers. Despite all this, I thought I would let it go and not leave a bad review because their service manager, John, is a good man and he gave me a loaner during the last few trips. But the reason I am writing this is they messed up my AC this time. I mean, their techs seem highly incompetent. The last time I got my car back, the issue was still not 100% rectified, and on top, my AC stopped working too. Now they are going to say its not their fault because I got my car back in Jan 2024, and its March, but who would have thought to test the AC in January? I believe it definitely is their poor workmanship, just like all the previous times. My AC was working fine until September 2023, when I dropped my car for the first time to drop the engine for sprockets replacement on bank 1. From Sept 2023 till now, I did not need my AC and my car made more than 5 long trips to infiniti (two of them were over a month), and they dropped the engine twice, which most likely messed up my working AC; given how incompetent these techs are who made me come back 30 times in a year. I am never going back to them, but to people thinking about an infiniti and buying it from myers ottawa infiniti, or getting your vehicle serviced here, please read this review before making your decision.

Brought my Nissan Sentra here in May due to the transmission slipping. They said luckily I had some time left on the warranty due to a widespread cvt issue. They said there was no issue with it and charged me approx $400 and said it wasn’t a warranty covered item and that the transmission was fine. Came back in June with the same issue of the transmission slipping. They said there was no issue and charged me $250 to tighten up an exhaust heat shield and that the transmission was noisy but that was normal and to keep driving. Fast forward to July 10, the car had a complete transmission failure and I brought it to Newmarket Nissan since I was told I had a warranty. Turns out this was false, and they want $7500 to repair it on top of the hundreds I’ve wasted on diagnostic fees that lead nowhere in the past. Don’t bring your car here for service if you want honest advice or proper diagnosis of your car, or value your safety while driving. Contacted Nissan Canada and they refused to help. Will be reporting to better business bureau.

Took my new 2024 vehicle in for an issue and still have the same issue a month later. They can reproduce issue but can’t seem to fix it. Told would get call back from service within the week. Two and a half weeks later and no call back. Very disappointing since I bought new 2024 vehicle and further disappointment with lack of customer service from the service department. Wish I never purchased a KIA or had my vehicle serviced by this dealership!

But others’ one Star review hurts me a lot for sure they are not genuine or may be ….. Roy Foss offers the best sales and service in tiwn for which for the last two years I have applied for Salesperson too. I know Toyota Newmarket up to Porsche JP Downtown and Shahin the owner of DAG . Customers are like patients, GM like Surgeon and Roy Foss Thornhill like the best nursing team to support patients, as after sales means more than the sales itself. Thanks the management, Nick my salesman whom I purchased several cars from him from Camaros , Corvette for a friend, …..and now my Blazer with Jacky’s support. And Service the manager, David as an advisor and gorgeous Lauren to close the service. While waiting enjoy the best coffee in town.🙏

Mississauga Hyundai's service team is either fraudulently taking my money or the team and the parts they use are so subpar they might as well have done nothing. Services paid for to replace and/or repair parts are either not being done or not completed correctly. My vehicle has been serviced multiple times by this location costing several thousands of dollars this year alone for the same reoccurring issues: stuck door lock, rear lamp replacement, and problematic AC. The problems, no matter how simple or complex, are never really fixed. I question where my money is actually going.

In a span of 4months i have already been there 3 times - Meet thakore

In a span of 4months i have already been there 3 times and the issue has still not be resolved. I was having issue with my front right tire when it was making a stuttering noise and first time they said it was fixed by just driving and nothing was found and they returned it after changing to winter tire. As soon as i went back on summer tire i found this problem again and went there where a clutch issue was found and by then the noise and stuttering for the right tire was too much. They change the clutch and said problem fixed. Just the next day of pick up i found the issue still hanging there with another one adding to it. I saw a tire buldge on the same side probably because of all those stuttering and tire facing damage. I was told that its not from that and probably i drove it over a pothole making it my mistake which was never the case. On top of that they always have an excuse of too much waiting time and are never able to start the service and usual wait time is 3-4 days. They are always short staff and they do not act quickly. I almost paid 200cad everytime i go to this place in uber for work since i do not get my car back. Not to mention the vehicle is brand new and its only been 8months where i started getting this issue and they were not able to diagnose it on time leading to other issues

Visited Thornhill Hyundai for my second oil change and both time after the oil change I have oil leaks which has destroyed my drive way with oil stains. At the service department there is poster which says factory trained Hyundai technicians and Hyundai genuine parts designed and engineered specifically for your Hyundai . Now I am wondering how true is it when they can’t even do a oil change properly I don’t know weather it is the genuine part or trained technicians at fault.

Incompetent. I picked up my car and drove it 2 hours home. They call me the next day and ask me to bring it back, they left the security pod in there and needed it back. After some arguing because of the distance I was away from them I agreed to take it back in exchange for a free oil change. When it was time for the oil change, they told me that a car I bought from them wasn't in the system and they wouldn't honor the oil change. So this dealer cost me about 6 hours of my time and all I get is an empty gas tank.

Stay away from this location. Their service department is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Had a check up appointment on my new brand 2024 Toyota, and a change of winter tires. I’ve waited for 4 hours, no one got me one phone call for updates. Called four times, left messages as no one pick up the phone. When I finally picked up the car after 4 hours, I’ve noticed they reused the old muddy dirty plastic bags that I previously had on my summer tires to cover the winter tires. They xxxxed up my car interior. How cheap and crazy can you be to use the same muddy old plastic bags.? They supposedly to complimentary wash the car as well..my car looks as if someone spit on it. It’s stained and dirty. Also inside the car was smelling alcohol. Probably they drink as well. No one talked to me about anything that has been done to the car or to give me an assessment to the check up. They charged you and gives you xxxx. Don’t go to this Don Mills Toyota Dealership. I will never come back and will file a formal complaint. Horrible experience that will cost me extra money to clean the car. Stay away of this place.
