Recently I required some major work on my 2013 Elantra and not only did the service department discover the problem , they professionally replaced part of my subframe under the warranty and corrected another issue while doing so at minimal cost ! First time customer and I am over the moon I found this dealership, I ahd a bad experience with my last dealer and decided to change it up, the moment I walked in I was greeted by john, i was in for a simple pil change, he offered me water and snacks. Had my jeep done in less than 1 hour. I visited the parts department where I met Amy, she was very knowledgeable and energetic which matched my energy. I purchased 2 tshirts that I have never seen before and absolutely love them. Will definitely come back

I understand the struggles of the pandemic in all types of service. I know this because I work in the HVAC industry . However when a simple item like a oil change can take up so much of my time I feel others should be warned about the lack of organization this dealership has. First thing they deleted was the oil change bays and their service person told me I need to book an appointment from a phone or email (which I did both within 45 min.). I received a call back around 1.5hrs later telling me they don't book in the oil changes but to come back and get in line and the service attendant would deal with me. I drove over again to the dealership and spoke with the attendent and they told me to again to book an appointment on line or phone in. I explained that I was getting conflicting answers and needed a firm answer on booking the oil change . The new answer was to leave the vehicle with them and they would get it done when they had time and that it may not get done that day due to the time I was dropping off the vehicle (11:30). I returned again a few days later to drop it off for the day and while waiting for my vehicle to gain entry to the service desk area I noticed the two vehicles who came to the line after me had been serviced by an attendant because the people walked in and stood in front of the attendants desk. I guess this is the way Shanahan Ford prefers to service the their customers . BTY They have had my vehicle for three hours now and have not returned either of my phone calls on when to expect to pick up the truck.

Hi I was there for a recall and I was offered for a bondel package that I said ok to it over the phone, but when I went there it was a completely different story. I supposed to have my appointment with Kevin because I never received a respectful treatment from Jeff. Each time that I go there I get more and more disappointed. Me and my husband have been their loyal customer for past 15 years. We have bought our cars from them. Jeff at service department is always treating you like you owe him something, or he knows everything and you don't know anything. Sometimes he treats you in a way that means you are definitely a lier. In general it's a hassle dealing with him. On the top of that his diagnosis are mostly not right and he is resistant about them. If I don't get a sincere apology from him explaining his behaviour I would never ever go back to that dealership. I mean none of us even though Nissan is our favorite car. He should learn the true meaning of customer service.

I had my vehicle in for service at Barrie Chrysler and I also called Mac Lang. Neither dealership could help me. Simcoe County Chrysler knew what the problem was with my door right away. They got me in quickly to have a look and again when the part came in. So thankful for people that actually listen to their customers and strive to please them.

I had recently purchased a used Toyota Tundra 2022 and taken it for my first service. I had a lot of questions. He truthfully told me he did not have answers for some of them, however by the end of servicing my truck that day, he had the documentation I was looking for. Eric is highly recommended. He's the leader of the pack!
