The worst Ford dealership in the whole GTA. Service manager is completely incompetent. Technicians greedy, lazy, didn’t fix my car. I had to bring it back 3 times to have a noise in the suspension checked. And they forgot to install a part I had paid for. The sales managers act like your best friends until you buy a car then they ignore you and hide in their offices with the door closed There’s so many Ford dealers around Planet Ford that are so much better. For the time you waste waiting at Planet Ford you could drive somewhere else and save the days of back and forth driving for the same problem you just fixed. It’s worth it to try somewhere else. Planet Ford has has no customer service. Stay away!

THIS DEALERSHIP IS VERY FARE I always use them for servicing the vehicle. On the last maintenance schedule the technician noticed the water pump was leaking and needed to be changed. I spoke to the service manager (Samson Lopez) and I explained that at 80,000 KM the water pump should not fail and this is very unusual. This is my fifth Acura product and never experienced this type of failure. They assured me they were going to take care of it and they just wanted to find root cause of the problem before making a decision. They came back and agree this was a premature failure and replaced the pump free of charge and also recommended to change timing belt and tensors since these three part are usually changed together around 150K schedule maintenance. I agree to pay for the additional parts. In summarizing I feel the dealership is very fair and Acura cares for customer satisfaction. Thank you Policaro.

Because I travel a lot both me and my vehicle have special needs. Mainly timing for service. I am in for service every 5 to 6 weeks and Polito always finds a time that fits into my schedule and has me back on the road in as short a time possible. Keep up the great work.

Service staff not attentive and lacks professionalism. When I got there for my appointment, the service staff were gathered around chatting away and then just stared at me. Not a friendly nod or acknowledgment. Had to wait about ten minutes at the service guys desk before being spoken to. Will look for an alternate Porsche dealer.

We purchased my 2016.5 CX5 from Mazda of Toronto but get it serviced at Prima. The Service team is pushy and always trying to upsell. The service Tech said I needed new brake pads, took my keys and did the brakes elsewhere. When I came back the guy said we should check the brakes as my car hadn't done is "24,000 km inspection, Told him the brakes were fine they were just done. He seemed surprised even though when I was told to replace the brake pads the first time, he was the one who suggested it. Since then on my service report, they have yet to do a courtesy check on my brakes. Haven't dealt with their sales team but Service is pushy and annoying. The only reason we continue to service my CX5 here is for location.

I call my dealer at 9:30 pm at home on a Friday night and his response was I can meet you at the dealership at 9:00 am and open up the parts department for you ( they are closed Saturdays in the summer) that a 10 star service in my book. I will NEVER trust their pricing again after their Quicklane Service tried to charge me double!! Although I had heard negative things, I have dealt with Highland Ford and their Quicklane Service for the last 8 years and was content...until this year. When I called the Highland Ford Quicklane Service, they made an appt and when I showed up, they said I had no appointment (I thought it was odd that I asked "don't you want my name" when making the appt). They took the vehicle anyways and when I picked up, tried to CHARGE ME ALMOST DOUBLE!!! When I spoke up and asked about the pricing, the individual (believe it is the new manager) first mentioned an even higher price, then put in the right price ($78.) with no apology. I asked why he tried to charge me $130, I was told "miscommunication". Really? Miscommunication trying to charge customers double, then raising the price again before putting in the right amount. I went over and reported to Highland Ford service manager (highland Ford owns this Quicklane). I also wrote to the dealership owner and informed Highland Ford on their "follow up call to rate the service". Guess what I have heard back from the owner or dealership...NOTHING!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle here as they clearly dont appear concerned with customer feedback or their own people attempting to charge customers double for service so what does that say about their pricing? Buyer BEWARE...I now believe what others have told me....I CAN'T recommend them as I no longer trust them or their prices!!!
