Purchased a 2024 Equinox EV and realized the heat did not work. After having my car for 4 weeks and GM not being able to resolve the issue, The dealer took a brand New 2025 Equinox EV off the lot and allowed me to drive that while they tried to figure out what was wrong with my car. I have never had a dealer go that far to ensure I was satisfied and felt that they cared about the problem I was having.
