Purchased a 2024 Equinox EV and realized the heat did not - Gord Kinden

Purchased a 2024 Equinox EV and realized the heat did not work. After having my car for 4 weeks and GM not being able to resolve the issue, The dealer took a brand New 2025 Equinox EV off the lot and allowed me to drive that while they tried to figure out what was wrong with my car. I have never had a dealer go that far to ensure I was satisfied and felt that they cared about the problem I was having.

We have purchased 4 vehicles from Seven View and always had them serviced at the dealer. Domenic has made sure the vehicles have been safe for my kids to drive. I feel well taken care of when I leave any of my vehicles in his hands. He always lets me know what is needed what is not needed and what can wait for another time. Its not easy to find someone who cares this much about his clients and their safety.
