First time customer and I am over the moon I found this dealership, I ahd a bad experience with my last dealer and decided to change it up, the moment I walked in I was greeted by john, i was in for a simple pil change, he offered me water and snacks. Had my jeep done in less than 1 hour. I visited the parts department where I met Amy, she was very knowledgeable and energetic which matched my energy. I purchased 2 tshirts that I have never seen before and absolutely love them. Will definitely come back

I had my B200 scratched very badly , and was worried about big bill coming my way . I got my vehicle inspected and did regular maintenance with them . The body shop person Patrick did such amazing job for me . and would recommend anyone to see them before call any other collision center . As a customer .Kudos to them and a Great job well done .They made my day .

I got in my car on Sunday and by mistake I hit the front wipers....they were frozen. When I got in the car on Monday, the drivers wiper wouldn't work only the passenger side. Thought it was the wiper arm. I took it Subaru in Hamilton. It was fixed in about 15 minutes. It was just the screw was loose. They tightened both sides and topped up my windshield washer and it was N/C. The man (I think it was the manager) was very very nice. NO COMPLAINTS!!!!!

Very Happy with Surgenor Hyundai They replace a damage exhaust flex pipe when it should been done and fix by where i bought the car in Gatineau Hull Hyundai while they said they would not fix because of the damage what can they understand it was damage when i pick the car on my second oil change i deside to stop at a oil changer they told me there was a oil pan leak and flex pipe damage plus there was a lot of mud ask the Dealer to clean it but nothing was done by the Gatineau Hyundai dealer where i purchased the vehicle ......
