I accidentally brought in Kia brand (Nexus) high-profile all-season tires to install on my new GTI that is factory installed with Firelli low-profile tires. I complained to the service manager, saying it would have been good customer service if they double checked with me before putting a Kia branded tire onto a GTI that had only 9,000 km on it. The manager's response was that's "not her job" and she admitted to not knowing anything about tires. I explained that good customer service is doing more than just the job; it's about exceeding customer expectations. This concept was lost on the manager.

I took my RAM truck to this dealership a couple of years ago. The truck had a grinding noise. They greased it instead of fixing the problem so I couldn’t hear the noise anymore. It’s almost like they bet on me coming back. I went back few months later to explain that even though I had not come sooner the problem had worsened. They charged me 5K and later gave me a discount to 4K+ to change my back shaft. They installed a used one for me. After waiting for 4 weeks they finally fixed it. As soon as I drove off the lot, the car was making noises again. I mentioned to them and took it back. I paid for an inspection and they told me it was just my tires making noise. To this day I have not felt like spending more money to get this truck fixed, a lot has changed in my life and the service I had there I will never forget. It’s full of a bunch of people who look down on their customers and act like we don’t pay the same money. After this encounter, a chain of other problems just came down my life. These people took my money but provided the most horrible service ever

This is the worst experience I've had with a dealer in 35 years of owning cars. I took my 2022 Jetta in for simple repairs to a rubber door seal that had become unattached. Thy informed me that the repair would not be covered by the VW warranty because I had taken the car for rust proofing undercoating by a 3rd party. I then had the car examined by the leading national firm that had applied the undercoating, who said that the undercoating had been perfectly applied and there was no evidence of oil on the door that might have loosened the rubber seal. When I then went back to the Myers Service Manager, he suggested that they might consider making the repair for a reduced price. We set up a time to talk about it by phone but he was unavailable when I called and ignored my repeated emails to call me back. I'm sure VW owners would be surprised to know that simply caring enough to have their cars undercoated for the Canadian winter can result in VW voiding their warranties. The Jetta is a great car but, unfortunately, the service offered by VW and its dealers is abysmal.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Car Canada in 2013 and despite some major repairs were still happy with our purchase up until 2014... In 2014 we were pulled over by a police officer and informed that our tint was illegal and fined $168.. Car Canada actually sold me a vehicle with illegal tinting... A dealership sold me an illegal vehicle... I couldn't believe it... Shortly after that we were fined again for the same reason. I took this issue to a manager at Car Canada and kindly asked them to assist us in stripping the tint and placing Legal tinting on the driver and passenger side windows... They flat out refused.. They told me that someone else has had the same issue with them and since that person never recieved comphensation that either would we. They were rude, hung up on me and became very irrate when I tried to rationalize with them... Now I have to go through small claims court to deal with this... We are literally talking about $150 worth of repairs and now we have to file a report, take time off of work and still pay out of pocket to have the tint fixed until this goes to court... Worst business sense I've ever seen... No regard for customer satisfaction.
