As a result of an atrocious purchasing experience at a Lexus dealership in Toronto, I decided to drive the 40 minutes and almost 40 kilometres to Lexus of Lakeridge as a result of a recommendation. Wow, what a wonderful experience at my first 1600km free service appointment. From the moment I drove into the bay and greeted by the staff in the service bay area, to the service advisor Kevin Deokinanan, their kindness, ability to listen and appreciation of the customer’s choice to come to their dealership is very evident. I then met Kason Briggs, Assistant Service Manager and Paul Mirabella, Service Manager whom I knew years earlier from Scarborough Toyota. I had no idea where they had gone to and having them in charge of the service department at Lexus of Lakeridge, I knew this would now be my go to dealership. Kason and Paul had always been so kind, professional, knowledgeable with integrity in their dealings with me and today was no different.
