As a result of an atrocious purchasing experience at a Lexus dealership in Toronto, I decided to drive the 40 minutes and almost 40 kilometres to Lexus of Lakeridge as a result of a recommendation. Wow, what a wonderful experience at my first 1600km free service appointment. From the moment I drove into the bay and greeted by the staff in the service bay area, to the service advisor Kevin Deokinanan, their kindness, ability to listen and appreciation of the customer’s choice to come to their dealership is very evident. I then met Kason Briggs, Assistant Service Manager and Paul Mirabella, Service Manager whom I knew years earlier from Scarborough Toyota. I had no idea where they had gone to and having them in charge of the service department at Lexus of Lakeridge, I knew this would now be my go to dealership. Kason and Paul had always been so kind, professional, knowledgeable with integrity in their dealings with me and today was no different.

This is a great dealership. Good customer service. Helpful staff. Have introduced friends to this dealership, and continue recommending friends to this dealership. After negotiating a good price and purchase, the salesperson is off the scene - it is then that a good dealership shines though, providing exceptional service. Been with this dealership since they moved to their present location (at Leslie & Eglinton), and they never fail to amaze me with their 5 star service, both to my vehicle and the customer.

Worst Service Experience Ever! I wish there was a negative star. I am a 2017 Ford Focus SE owner, bought from Lincoln Heights in June 2017. The vehicle has already had transmission problems twice and a steering assist fault until October 2024, and the mileage just hit 89700KM. The second transmission problem and the steering fault happened within two weeks in October. The repair was costly, and the experience was bad due to their unprofessional admin progress, overcharging, and carelessness. The manager’s arrogance, judgemental attitude and irresponsible communication made it even worse.

Worse customer service - Roy

This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership

Top notch service and quality work - VanWolfe

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

Service department used to be good, now that there’s a been a turnover of staff it’s horrible. Can’t get a hold of them, was treated very rudely when I did. Was great last year with the 3 women there but it’s gone downhill since.

Manager Gerge solved the issue I stay 5 hours and to bad. Hi told my if i need my part I need to applay for return and take long time .
