Jim and the White Oaks team explained the repair process, the insurance claim process and timeline and estimate. And stick handled issues with the insurer. This is the best dealership I have seen for honesty and superior service to my vehicle . They go above and beyond . After going to local service people , getting ripped off repeatedly with poor repair , I now only go to GD Coates even tho they are far from me . I have been using them now for years with excellent results
