I got in my car on Sunday and by mistake I hit the front wipers....they were frozen. When I got in the car on Monday, the drivers wiper wouldn't work only the passenger side. Thought it was the wiper arm. I took it Subaru in Hamilton. It was fixed in about 15 minutes. It was just the screw was loose. They tightened both sides and topped up my windshield washer and it was N/C. The man (I think it was the manager) was very very nice. NO COMPLAINTS!!!!!

This is the first time bring my new Subaru to this dealership on Saturday Jan 6, 2024. I have this to say, it was PERFECT!!! Everything was PERFECTLY done. I was overwhelmed by the service by Wayne at the counter. The dealer even gave me a courtesy car to do what I needed while I was in town. I was previously went to Sarnia Subaru dealership and they have a whole lot to learn when coming to customer service. I wish I had bought my car here everybody was helpful even when scoping out the show room. You get a perfect score from me. Even my wife who deals with Honda gave it a perfect score and she's picky but you didn’t hear that from me.

The first time I took my car for a general service, they called me to say there were many problems with the car and like a dumb 'female' person I said OK to the repairs. Needless to say, huge charges and afterwards I realized I was being suckered, (my fault for trusting). A year later, I had a battery problem, took it to them (due to convenience), but only allowed them to work on that issue. They confirmed I needed a new battery. My battery was under warranty for replacement through Subaru in the US, where I originally purchased the vehicle. This dealer refused to honor the warranty. I took it to Willowdale Subaru and they were wonderful. They confirmed with Subaru that the warranty was honored in Canada, and replaced the battery for no charge. Never use Subaru of Maple for service!!
