Very dissatisfied with the service at the dealership. Went in early in morning, not busy, no other customers around. I had a part in my car to replace a faulty HVAC but that was not my concern, I probably could have done that myself. My main concern was car not starting on occasions and I wanted mechanic to check codes etc before any work was done. I asked service person “ could you have the mechanic talk to me first so I can explain what my problem is”. I went and sat in lounge. 15 minutes later they come and tell me my car is done. I said I wanted to talk to mechanic to tell him my problem. He had not dealt with my issue at all. The lady I had asked to do this just sat there and pretended not to pay attention, explain or apologize It wasn’t until I got in her face and said I told you, that she said a very weak and insincere “Sorry”. Went into show room to talk to the general manager, sales person said he would handle it, he listened to my story, went into service bay, but nothing was solved. Will not be back for service or new vehicles

Went in for warranty work and came out with more problems - Badservice

I went in to get the radiator and water pump replaced on my 2015 gmc truck. Had no issues with that part but at the same time they took it upon themselves to check out my cabin filter and that’s where the problem started I didn’t authorized this work to be done and had nothing to do with the work being done. When I went to pick my truck up my stereo was no longer working on these new truck it is controlled by the HMI witch is located just above the cabin filter they claimed they had nothing to do with my stereo no longer working and claimed they also never went in the area of the cabin filter but I received a phone call from one of the service people say that it was dirty and full a debris. They did take a look at it after I had made them aware it wasn’t working and since then things have only gotten worse now I can’t see what gear my truck is or any of the other functions on that part of my gauge cluster and still have no stereo at all. The service manager told me it was up to me to pay for a new HMI to fix the problem they have cause. At the same time he would also get upset with me over the whole situation when all I want is for my truck to be repaired back to the way it was before I dropped it off for the warranty work that was done. Not at all happy with the service that I got or the way I was treated the truck is still under warranty for another 6 months and they want me to pay for the 800 part to fix what they have broke. Before this whole thing started I was considering buying a vehicle from Timmins garage this year now I will go else where I will not give them another dollar very disappointed in the all around service.

A Tony Graham customer since 1993. All regular (and a handful of warranty) service is very well done. I have never sensed unnecessary work being done. On several occasions they have gone well beyond what is required to keep me happy. Two warranty jobs done without the slightest complaint. Staff know their product extremely well. A key reason I still buy this product.

I initially brought my vehicle to Toronto Honda for service, due to some issues I was experiencing. Despite having recently replaced the spark plugs and coil on September 20, 2023.the service adviser recommended replacing them again, I reluctantly agreed, hoping it would resolve the issue. However, the same problems recurred just a few days later on October 5, 2023, rendering my car undriveable. I brought the car back, and this time, the team suggested replacing the fuel injectors and adjusting the valves. Again, I agreed to these repairs in hopes of a resolution. Unfortunately, even after spending a total of $2,590.46, my car continues to experience the same issues, making it unsafe and unreliable for use. This situation has not only caused me significant stress but also poses a safety risk.I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service received and the failure to diagnose and fix the ongoing issues with my vehicle. I approached to discuss my concerns regarding the ongoing issues with my vehicle. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was asked about my origin, and when I provided that information, I felt ignored. I understand that communication during such situations can be challenging, but I believe that customer concerns should be given due attention and addressed appropriately. I am reaching out to express my disappointment with the handling of my request. i strongly advice new peoples to Canada like me, don't go.

Don't trust their service department. I would give them zero stars. They are recommending service packages that you don't need. They are also giving wrong info to customers- BG - Brake Flush life time warranty. I ask them does this mean i will never have to pay for BG again. They come back with a long technical answer but don't tell me that i want have to ever pay for it again.

My wife went in for service on her 2016 GMC and left with a2021... excellent people to deal with no pressure even the owner came out to talk to her. First purchase from them but I feel comfortable in recommending them to friends and family. Our salesman Richard was friendly and accommodating. All the staff is very friendly and professional. Service was so quick and efficient that they were done before my wife got back from her test drive. The deal was completed before end of day no need to go back the next day. My wife gives them 5 thumbs up.

I would not recommend going to this dealership. After purchasing a brand new Honda there and going back numerous time due to having a loud rattling noise coming from the engine I was told by the technician that this was a normal sound and all Honda makes that noise. Well my husband just diagnosed it and He fixed it by replacing the belt tensioner assembly. They even told me one time that they had to replace my rotors to be able to figure out where the noise was coming from. Very frustrating and will never go there again. Thanks for nothing Honda Peterborough.

Arrived for 10 am, screen for skylight needed fixing. The first time i asked them to look at it because it seems to stick and not roll in properly. I was told i have to use it more to loosen it then it will work fine. I waited there, had a very bad cold, he said 2 hrs tops. After 2.5 hrs, I asked how much longer. After 45 min I was told the ceiling panel was off and just have to put back together. Finally, after a total of over 5 hrs, my Traverse was ready. I received a call asking if I can check in my SUV because one of their tools might be there. Really!! It wasn't there, my husband checked. I heard from a couple of my friends that because it what I'm getting the screen fixed was under warranty, they make me wait and fix other people's vehical first. Then it happened to my brother in law also. PLUS, there are dirty finger marks on the ceiling panel! Now I have to pay to get it cleaned. Anyone getting their vehicle fixed under warranty, be prepared to leave your car there ALL DAY.
