This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership

Horrible experience. I previously had 3 times Maple Nissan servicing my New Frontier with oil change, which were all good and their attitude was polite. Last week this was the 4 time.and every outcome turned shockingly up side down. I drove in my 6-month only old truck in very good condition for the routine service and this time I was also convinced by Sylvia the service representative to pay extra $300 for brake cleaning service. When I got my truck back in about 2 hours and drove on the road, scary things started to unfold. My car was vibrating in the engine compartment, out of breathe running like an old man and jerkiness, especially when it is decelerating with or without braking. I paid $200, in return the truck turned into a completely different vehicle, like a 10-year old car. Few days later, I drove back to the service department to ask them to rectify the problem. This time a supervisor test drove my vehicle with me sitting next to him and felt the vibration together. He explained vibration is normal in a truck. ( But remember my vehicle is only 6-month old, it cost considerable money more than many Nissan cars line-up. It drives perfect when I first bought it). I also asked for my windscreen fluid sprayer which doesn’t spray properly to be fixed. At the end of the day, the one word that I keep receiving from Maple Nissan was NORMAL, NORMAL and NORMAL. Nothing has been done. And it was worse than before the vehicle was brought in for servicing. Why pay more for worse?!?! As day go by, the vibration got more intense and intrude to the foot pedals disturbingly. And the vehicle vibrates even at cruising speed not just slowing. I was so frustrated and completely heart-broken by the Maple Nissan treatment on my beloved vehicle. It now feels to me some engine configuration have been inappropriately set or, they have put different viscosity engine oil from manufacturer’s recommendations causing the roughness. These Maple Nissan seems incapable to handle anything other than changing winter tyres, rotating tyres and air filter!!!

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

I brought my car in for service at Milton Nissan and was quoted $7,500 for a laundry list of repairs. When I said it wasn't worth it, they offered me $500 for it as scrape. I drove down two driveways to Kal Tire and was quoted $1,700... It's been a year since Kal Tire fixed my car and it runs perfectly. Never going anywhere near Milton Nissan again.

I have a 2018 Nissan Qashqai that I purchased from - MB

I have a 2018 Nissan Qashqai that I purchased from Orleans Myers in the Spring of 2019 with 26K on it. In the Fall, November 16, 2023, with 51,000km on the car, Myers said that the rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I had the work done. My total bill was $785.89 Today, June 2024 -- 6 months later! I bring the car in as I can sense the back breaks are off. I was informed by Nissan that my rear brakes need to be 'serviced and machine rear rotors' for $380 plus tax. This is 6 month slater! My car is at 55,441K That's 4K of driving in 6 months . When I asked why this happened, I was told that it’s because I don’t drive my car enough and I should have my breaks serviced regularly What is regularly? Every month? When I asked if this was still on the warranty and could they service the breaks at no cost I was told no because the issue was not with my breaks, but because if me and the fact that I don't drive enough and don't service the breaks regularly. I was made to pay the $150 diagnostic fee. They also said I need new front breaks and rotors. Insane. It begs the question what kind of breaks is Nissan Myers putting on their cars. I have brought my car to Myers for all my services. Zero Customer loyalty.

Went in for a $105.00 oil change with a 10% discount off letter from the service manager. When I showed the letter clearly stating 10% discount, he adjusted the bill to 5% off labor and 5% off materials calling that 10% discount. I paid $121.82 total with tax with the 5% and 5% discount. When I got home, I never received a copy of my invoice, so I called back to the service manager and questioned him about the discount. I was tolled 5% on labor and 5% on material equals 10% total and was very adamant about it. I guess that's some kind of new math. I had to call twice to get my receipt and finally got after the second call 4 days later. Looking over my invoice I have no idea how everything came to the total of 121.82 with taxes with any kind of discount. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and can't bring myself to going to that dealership again because I feel that they are not straight up with customers. Sure, it's only a few dollars but what about people that spend a few thousand dollars and are supposed to get discounts. Are they being confused with all kinds of jargon to confuse them.

I had the WORST experience with a Nissan dealer. I took my Altima in for an inspection due to an engine light, and that's when the problems started. They charged me for reading the codes and for a new battery, even though they had replaced it less than two years ago and it was supposed to be under warranty. The issue wasn't resolved. The next day, I called again, and they scheduled me for two weeks later. Surprisingly, they charged me again for reading the codes. There's a Nissan Bulletin NTB16-117b to fix this problem for all 2016/17 Altimas, but this dealership is charging me to perform it. According to one of their employees, "it would be too expensive for me." For their information, I just bought a brand-new Pathfinder from another dealership. Yes, I'm stubborn, but I like Nissan as a customer and former employee (Manufacturing Engineer). I'm also talking to my lawyers to have this issue resolved.

I will NEVER trust their pricing again after their Quicklane Service tried to charge me double!! Although I had heard negative things, I have dealt with Highland Ford and their Quicklane Service for the last 8 years and was content...until this year. When I called the Highland Ford Quicklane Service, they made an appt and when I showed up, they said I had no appointment (I thought it was odd that I asked "don't you want my name" when making the appt). They took the vehicle anyways and when I picked up, tried to CHARGE ME ALMOST DOUBLE!!! When I spoke up and asked about the pricing, the individual (believe it is the new manager) first mentioned an even higher price, then put in the right price ($78.) with no apology. I asked why he tried to charge me $130, I was told "miscommunication". Really? Miscommunication trying to charge customers double, then raising the price again before putting in the right amount. I went over and reported to Highland Ford service manager (highland Ford owns this Quicklane). I also wrote to the dealership owner and informed Highland Ford on their "follow up call to rate the service". Guess what I have heard back from the owner or dealership...NOTHING!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle here as they clearly dont appear concerned with customer feedback or their own people attempting to charge customers double for service so what does that say about their pricing? Buyer BEWARE...I now believe what others have told me....I CAN'T recommend them as I no longer trust them or their prices!!!

So far they have also reported my review twice and had it removed twice... so here is is going up AGAIN. I advise you consumers who purchase a vehicle at ANY dealership that the so called ADMIN fee is NOT a obligatory fee. It is a cash grab that goes directly into the dealerships pocket. No financial institution charges 599.00 to do anything. The cost of a vehicles pre-Inspection or “PDI” does NOT cost 599.00 nor does licencing. I say this as you will understand the story in a moment. Names of the victims have been changed for privacy sake – however names of the offenders shall remain. On October 21st 2019 a family member of mine went shopping for a Nissan QuashQai. That being said the cost of said vehicle was 25294.51 the cost of the enviro fees was 15.00 delivery was 1950.00, Federal Air Conditioner Tax was 100.00, ADMIN (the do nothing fee) was 599.00. Taxes are not included in here on the vehicle. The family member in question was a woman in her 60’s and did not know that the admin fee is NOT mandatory. I got involved in this issue when my family member showed me the contract that was signed (sadly once a contract is signed it is set) she did not know that this fee was negotiable. I digress however. Today 12/30/2019 I contacted this dealership and spoke to her salesperson Kyle Macrimmon a very unpleasant salesperson and inquired as to what the ADMIN fee included. Kyle sputtered around the issue and attempted to tell me that it included “little things” I again inquired as to what those “little things” were. He was unable to tell me what those were of course (which I expected) as they do not cover anything other than money in the dealerships pocket. He informed me that he would have a manger call me back. Wayne Burge then called me back. I asked Mr. Burge to explain in detail what their ADMIN fee included. Wayne informed me in covered such things as licencing (When’s the last time you paid 599.00 to have your vehicle licenced in ANY province?), and financing work (the vehicle was purchased for CASH) so fail # 2 (and since when does setting up financing cost 599.00?), and pre-delivery (Baloney that’s the cost of doing business the dealership pays for). I then gave Mr. Burge some options. Option # 1 Refund the fee and I drop this matter, Option # 2 Explain the fee so that it makes sense or Option # 3 I contact OMVIC and write a nice personal review of this crooked dealership. Since I’ve written this I’ll assume you dear reader can come to the conclusion of which option the dealerships representative has chosen. Actually, I asked Mr. Burge to tell me what he would be doing about this matter. Mr. Burge was so kind as to inform me that he would do “nothing”. So once again dear reader(s) please inform yourself before you go shopping for vehicles that the only OBLIGATORY fees that come standard with the car buying experience are as follows: What you see in the window sticker in the vehicle plus tax, freight, Air Conditioning Tax, Environmental Fees, and the cost of the OMVIC licence. And a look on OMVIC go to their website will confirm your rights. I strongly suggest doing so before car buying. Dear Mr. Kego the owner of said dealership. You can remain very proud going forward knowing full well that your staff are so happy to rip off the common consumer on your vehicles as so it seems are you sir. I shall give you all an A+ for that. Hang your heads tall for that, or take a bow, you’ve certainly earned it. Rest assured OMVIC will be advised. I’ll be happy to take down this review for you though.
