Outstanding service and workmanship! My brand new Camry was recently damaged/sideswiped - damage to the driver's side door. Jim and the White Oaks team explained the repair process, the insurance claim process and timeline and estimate. And stick handled issues with the insurer. The Service Department lacks organization and is - MP

The Service Department lacks organization and is terrible. Booked an appointment for 845 and returned at 1500, the vehicle wasn't ready and hadn't even been seen. I still ended up waiting and hour and a half for the vehicle. In addition, the tires included in the original sale crapped out after only 24000 km. That is crap quality and crap service.

The best Mitsubishi dealership I have ever dealt with. They did diagnostics of my transmission within 4 hours and replaced it under warranty within 2 business days. Meanwhile the Yonge North Mitsubishi in Richmond Hill was holding my car for almost 10 days and didn't even do the third part of what guys from Barrie did during 4 hours. I am very happy I took my car away from those scammers in Richmond Hill (they wanted to charge me almost $500 for the job they've never done) and brought it to Barrie, where honest guys do real job. Many thanks to Scott and Rob, you guys made me believe that honesty and fairness exist and made my trip back to New Brunswick safe and sound!

Cracked my windshield. - Steve

Went in for a recall to replace a wiper motor and ended up with a crack in the windshield. Contacted the service department and they basically denied any wrong doing. I was basically told it's not their problem as you apparently sign a waiver to have service done. I guess folks need to read the fine print on the service paperwork. Now a free recall is costing me either my $500.00 deductible and an insurance claim or replace the windshield out of my own pocket. Never going to use this dealership again.

Dixie Mitsubishi is a recovery solution mode since pandemic, which of course affected several dealerships, The service department is doing better than in the past. This is really a good thing since the brand is, in my opinion, a fine choice. I’m a senior and have driven many domestic and Japanese vehicles including Nissan and Honda, this outlander easily is as good and in many situations better. The service advisor , Tommy Huynh, works hard to please the customer , both in advice and cost. I had a regular transmission service and a cooling system service performed there , both services were required, done efficiently, and with acceptable costing, even discounted. Tommy knows the brand which is very important when recommended service is highlighted. My 2016 Outlander with 70,000 km is quite a fine vehicle. Sure it may not have all the gadgets like the rest out there , but you really have to think about your actual needs before investing in so much electronics.
