Sales wise ok, But service department is worst, arrogancy to the peak. Doesn't value customer's time or choice, they decide what they want. I booked an appointment for a simple tire nitrogen-filling service as part of their green ride package which they charged me $500. After waiting for an hour went to ask why it was taking so long to just check and fill in, the answer was oh it will be done in priority even though I have an appointment and on time. And then she said that as there is no dash light warning for tire pressure no need to fill it up and gave my keys back and I may leave without even bothering to check the pressure in an arrogant way. Later went to Costco and the pressure in my tires are 30 - 31 which is below the recommended level and it took me less than 10 minutes.
