I scheduled an appointment for oil change at 5:15 pm. At 6:30 pm I went to see if it was completed. I looked in service lane and my car was still sitting there. I asked to speak to manager, he never came to talk to me. Finally at 7:10 pm they took my car in for oil change. Received my car at 7:40 pm. 2 and a half hours to do an oil change plus leaving work early to make there last appointment time ( there words) will never recommend or go to Scarborough Mazda again. #xxxx service all the way from Manager to service tech, disgusting!

Be careful. I've had 3 bad experiences with this dealership, all with personnel - the tech work has been excellent. They service my 85-year-old mother's late model Mazda. The car is 4 years old and has less than 40,000KM. 1) When it goes in for oil changes, they want to do the recommended service. last year at 36 most, they called me for approval to do the 36mo service. I looked at the manual and said sure. When we picked up the car they had done $700 worth of work over and above. This included changing an air and cabin filter they changes 6 mos/5,000km prior for $150, a brake fluid flush, coolant flush and brake cleaning. I called back asking why - they said it was approved, that was their service department's recommended 36K service, not Mazdas. 3 mos later we went to buy out the lease. A sales rep kept harassing my octaganarian mother into a new lease. She was trying to sell her the ultimate peace of mind comes from having a new car with fewer dependability risks. They wanted her pristine leased car because it had 30,000km and they thought she'd walk from the $19K buyback on a car with a tradein value of $35K. Then last month (Jan 2025) , another oil change - rather odd as services had been 12,000KM, this last one was 5,000km. It appears they reprogrammed the her oil service interval to 5,000km, not an uncommon trick done on unsuspecting customers. Again there was a recommendation for extra work. They told her at 40,000KM the recommended maintenance included a wheel alignment, brake cleaning, mechanical inspection, and a full electrical inspection and service. another $700 of extra work.

Hi I visit on Archilles Mazda Milton , on 13 August to diagnose the noise coming while driving and paid $ 70 for this , they told me to change left Front control Arm , they changed on 20 Aug, 2024 and I paid $ 639.62, next day while I going to London I notice that some thing loose on bottom of suv , the mechanic forget to tight the bottom plastic panel which cover the engine . This mechanic mistake can cause serious accident. Today again I went their I told them that same noise is coming and they was asking again $ 70 , I asked the Manager what about the time I wasted and took day off due to your Mecanic fault , but we know Manager always support their staff. I suggest you don't go on this location they have Unprofessional mechanic and charging too much compare to other Mazda dealership location .same thing they did when the changed the water 💧 pump and causes radiator Leake, I will write ✍ tomorrow Thx and please please think 20 times before repair or if you are thinking to buy to new car from this location

The Airport Mazda Service Dept installed a new Mazda OEM - henry ohab

The Airport Mazda Service Dept installed a new Mazda OEM battery on my 2017 CX-5 last November. Now, 6 months later, the battery dies and cannot even be jump started, so had to towed to another Mazda dealership. There, I showed them my invoice/ report of Airport Mazda having replaced the battery. They contacted Airport Mazda, who refused to stand behind their Warranty, asserting that "certain tests" were not done (BY THEM) upon installing the new battery, therefore they cannot consider it as under Warranty! As a result, since I need to get my CX-5 back on the road, I had to fully pay for the new battery (at the other dealership where I had it towed). Do NOT use Airport Mazda for service on your vehicle, as this is how they treat customers under their "warranty" policy! As for Mazda, this is my first time owning a Mazda, but never again, given the policies of their Airport Mazda dealership.

Took my 2018 cx-5 in for service and 2 days later the engine blows. Repeatedly they refused to provide the diagnostic report, which they have to provide by law. They claim the engine issue is due to a defective part. I'm very sceptical and would not return to Ajax Mazda for service if they were the last shop left on earth.

I have owned 3 different Mazdas and they were all purchased at Bank Street Mazda. The service department at this dealership is excellent bar none. The Service Manager - John Dustan - always makes it a point to make sure the customer is satisfied. The Service Advisors I've dealt with over the years have extensive knowledge and experience with Mazda products. Marcel Faucher, Brian Joiner, Christopher Nolan and Robb listen to the customers' concerns and issues. I wouldn't take my Mazda anywhere else. It's very reassuring to know that the Service Department at Bank Street Mazda competently and effectively completes any repairs or work orders on my vehicles. Keep up the great work gentlemen!

A few years ago we moved from Waterloo, ON where we had excellent service on our two cars, a Mazda 6 and a 3. Unfortunately after our move we had some back experiences with the service at Bay Mazda and had focussed our buying power elsewhere, but recently due to a safety recall and five years passing we tried dealing with them again and recieved fantastic treatment. The service manager, Mike, went far out of his way (literally) to regain our confidence. Looks like our next car will be bought at Bay Mazda!!

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I use to go here for a simple seasonal tire change because my car is a new Mazda. They have damaged my vehicle twice while changing the tires which doesn’t seem that difficult to do. First time they bent the disc and I drove it 7 hours back home which could have been dangerous. The second time they bent the body above the tire. The owner refuses to take responsibility for the damages even though he wrote me saying “ if they did damage the car they would have told you” .... funny that they DID NOT each time. I also watched the mechanic try to open my door while on the hoist, in which the door hit the hoist. I do not recommend this dealership since it isn’t profession, they don’t treat you very nicely especially if your a women. Thank god this isn’t my primary dealership because my main one treats you like VIP.
