I bought a brand new Ford escape from them in 2022. It had 25 km things were going great until it hit 7000 km and my transmission started acting up so long story short I’ve had to bring my vehicle back every 2 to 3 months because they still haven’t figured out or fix the problem in the manager of their service and maintenance is very rude arrogant and doesn’t know how to treat or act professional like a manager. Should he spends more time outside smoking cigarettes than actually managing and making sure the service department is running like a well oiled machine, so I would highly recommend , you do not purchase a vehicle from them or any Ford vehicle

Do not go here for routine maintenance! And if you do, keep meticulous records about what you are told. I had to pay out of pocket for a new battery that should have been covered under warranty. Staff told me it wasn't covered. As well, when I tried to ask about this problem and get reimbursement the Service manager was rude and didn't believe me. Terrible service and staff that lie to you to get an extra $200 from you.

Was told the price of the service was $365.00 +taxes. Cost was $ 1,200.00 + taxes. Service manager Tony the Service Manager was not truthful in his estimate over the phone. Then he signed the call sheet that I had approved the cost. Not true. I approved the work had to be done but not the price I received at pickup. I have been at this dealership for nine years. I will be looking for another dealer to service my car.
