Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! I waited over 20 days for an appointment, only to be told on the spot that my appointment was canceled. Their excuse? They’re only servicing cars purchased directly from them—even though my car has a manufacturer recall for heated seats! This is beyond unacceptable. The complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is appalling. They wasted my time and clearly don’t care about helping people, even with serious safety issues. To make matters worse, I contacted their manager, who took all my contact details and promised I would receive a call from the general manager. It’s been almost three days now, and I’ve heard nothing. This shows a complete lack of accountability. I would never trust or recommend Parklane to anyone.

Service department wanted to charge full price for something partially covered under warranty Warranty work was billed for 1.9 hrs had my vehicle for 5 hrs ... had a oil change and tire rotation at the same time ... the service advisor tried to justify the length of time caused by oil change and tire rotation... not a mechanic here but if a tire rotation and oil change takes 3 hrs ???

What a junk dealership.. Staff turn over is crazy... Service is the real issue. Same issues over an over, they never fixed properly. Now I have had to change dealerships, and what difference for the better! Interesting thing, I asked the new dealership I am going to if they would get my service history from Paul Coffey. They said NO WAY! "They will not contact them, ever, and there is a reason for that." So glad to be moving on. By by junk dealer, hopefully our days are numbered

I brought my Ranger in for a soft Brake pedal. I was told "Everything is in Spec" and there is nothing they can do. Not satisfied with what I consider unsafe brakes, I did a little research on-line and apparently this is a huge problem with this vehicle. I found a video on how to fix this issue. I sent it to the Service Department at Paul Price Ford and asked them if they could carry out this fix for me. they said sure bring it in next week. Well I brought it in again, and again they told me the same thing, "It's all in Spec". My question was "Did you actually do what was asked you to do?" No they didn't. they did they dame thing as the first time which was SFA. Complete waste of 3 hours. If you want work done that you ask to be done, DO NOT TAKE IT TO PAUL PRICE FORD.

Do not take your vehicle here for any reason taking a guess at the problem shouldn't be standard we have tools diagnostics that make it easy however when you need to accurately have sone knowhow these people have no clue replacing parts you dont need telling lies to customers as a company that has such a high mark up you should not have to steal from hard working unsuspecting people i have bought trucks here for years my company truck family vehicles and more never again expecting a standard of quality we expected from a local dealership because its been local for many years no longer the case do your homework befor you make big purchases these people a thrives.

Had an appointment for a recall at 2 pm. Waited until 2:53 until CRV was taken into the garage. No one came to ask me if I wanted to rebook on another day. I asked half an hour after waiting and was told they were behind. No one kept me updated at all.Usually service is on time but not this time

I was having some trouble with my brakes on my 2006 RSX. Bobby was very helpful and patient and explained the need for regular servicing on the brakes. He also explained the common problems with the brakes on this particular model. I was fully confident that he knew what he was doing and I was able to relax and enjoy my book in the comfortable waiting area while my car was being serviced. The final cost came in below what was quoted and the work was above what I expected. I will recommend this service centre to anyone who owns an Acura. Thank you for the terrific help, Bobby!!

Never will i deal with these lowlifes again.It hurts after the many years i entrusted them with my car that they started to finesse me. 50-100 part 5x more to put it in.When i asked a manager being a senior if he could give me a break i see they charged me 150 more.The lesson learned? I had 5 hondas and NEVER EVER had a 1- 3000 repair Folks save yourself some cash and avoid this dealership unless your name is Trudeau.
