While I have no problem with this dealership, they are fantastic really; I'm very disappointed with the Service department. I hate when people up sell at a professional establishment (like Canadian Tire does). I was on my last free service and that's all I wanted, told him that. He still presumed I'd want the extra work he suggested (over $800 worth). I said "no just the service". He still phoned me up after I got home while waiting for them to complete the service. Wanting to do a brake job over $240 and add a new cabin filter around $80. He said it had leaves and such on it. My vehicle has only got 21,000km over 3 years doesn't need the brake fluid exchanged. Now I go away, and my wife and I feel like, because we never had the work done they may have, or not have done something to make me regret my decision. I have had this happen on occasion at disreputable service departments. The office staff were great, but I highly doubt I will go back there. I don't trust them anymore.

Bought my Honda new from London Honda & they are the only ones to service it. Dealing with them has always been a first rate experience & they are always patient about answering any questions. Latest appt was was yearly servicing & also Fuel Pump Recall work - usually wait for oil changes but fuel pump would take longer. Never used Uber but lady who booked my appt & Paolo explained how it works & I made it home & back!!

I've had two brief experiences with this dealership. Both absolutely fantastic, The individuals in the service area are patient, take time to inspect and explain What services are needed and why. They are pleasant with excellent communication. This morning I used the shuttle service to get home and my shuttle driver was phenomenal. Wonderful conversationalist, makes you feel like your taking a drive with an old friend. Absolutely wonderful group of employees.

My husband had a recall on our GMC Acadia. Jessie Saini our service advisor was not only professional while looking after us, but went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle would be completed by the end of the day (even after running into a few snags along the way). My husband need our vehicle for first thing the next morning to take me to a doctors appointment. While this might not seem too important to most, it was extremely important to us. Since I am flaccid on the left side of my body (due to 3 strokes ) and my electric wheelchair was in the back of our vehicle. Without my wheelchair I cannot get around at all. So the seriousness of not having my wheelchair for my appointment the next morning would have made it impossible for me to attend. But thanks to Jessie and everyone working alongside with Jessie, allowed our vehicle to be completed and my husband could still pick up even though the shop was technically closed! Thank to everyone at Old Mill Cadillac Chevrolet Buick for being an exceptional team!!!! May Santa take extra good care of you all this year!!!!!
