I came in for my regular oil change on my Mazda Tribute, sat in the newly redesigned waiting room and was out of there in less than 40 minutes. I received a very friendly greeting as I arrived, joked around with the sales people on break and left the dealership very satisfied.

Got some work done on the car by the mechanics here is a bit overpriced but they did a good job and they take time to even send videos of the problems and video to fix them it would be a 5 for me I just find it a bit overpriced.

I’m not sure if it’s complacency or just stupidity but I will no longer be giving this ford team my business.... they are disorganized and are grossly negligent when it comes to customer service especially...... I’ve been there lots but this was the last straw. Sorry only cuts it for so long..... they don’t make good on their mistakes or care that you are a customer after youve made your purchase.....they just want your money and to kick you out the door....they don’t take pride in their work and they certainly aren’t trustworthy in my experience..... can you believe I went in and was billed over $900..... that’s fine, but what absolutely isn’t fine is that they didn’t complete their work, they left 2 of 4 of my wheel covers off, AND A HIGH POWER MECHANICS FLASHLIGHT HANGING UP AGAINST THE ENGINE..... that’s right.... just left it under the hood hanging there ready to explode, superheating up against the engine..... “That will be $900, here you go sir, job well done” drive safe..... by the time I found it , it was too hot to touch and half melted They called me two days later to let me know it still might be hanging there ..... thanks guys.... What did they do to make it right? Nothing. I’m really hoping they pay for their mistakes one way or another they’ll end up being accountable I freak because they could have killed my wife giving the truck back to her like that..... god knows what else those complacent people did or didn’t do...... certainly doesn’t give me confidence.......maybe instead of cracking jokes and unprofessionally carrying on like pride challenged Unprofessionals, maybe they should do the jobs they are there to do instead of just collecting a pay cheque and starting at the clock What do they do to make up for it? Send my wheel covers via mail to my parents address!?!? So I can fix it myself???? Thanks way to make good on your gross negligence...... but it about sums up how they treat you at cavalcade..... especially after this last straw I won’t be seen there again and I truly do feel sorry for anyone that trusts them with their hard earned money or relies on them to build a working relationship ...... ford products are good...... Had roadtest with young techy named Jake to reproduce strange transmission issue. Learned more about my new Jeep in 20min from this techy than in 2hr with original salesman at other dealership. It was unknown manual shifter that caused problem, learned how to correct. Awesome service and am definitely coming back!

we bought 3 rams from Chenier motors never had good service except for when Jason was still there. Now we bought one from Superior Dodge in Sault Ste Marie the sale person there is awesome. We bought extended warranty to make sure any Mopar garage would be able to service it anywhere... Chenier motor here in Timmins they say our truck is not under warranty because we got a lift kit installed by a Mopar garage in the Sault... like really Chenier wake up and give customer service like your suppose too. we will never buy from them ever again. or get any kind of service done at Chenier's. the owners don't seem to care and the employees don't seem to care either

Just had a service done...a downgrade from what I have experienced over the past two years...work order specified set tire pressures to spec...was not done. Times I was given for completion of work were way off. When I got carback I had to adjust rear view mirror, seat, steering wheel...never had to do that before. Shows a lack of attention to detail....not the City of old.

When I bought my Civic Si, I paid for one upgrade to the wheels and floor mats. I negotiated that the original wheels be included as well. When I showed up to pick up the car, they tried to renege on that deal. More recently I bought new winter tires there. Before long my tires were flat due to corrosion on the allow wheels and I had to buy two new tires. I suspect that they didn't clean off the corrosion and use bead sealer to check for leaks like they should have. They accepted no responsibility and between cleaning the corrosion and buying two new tires I was out $1,000. Cleaning off the corrosion is supposed to be done when you get new tires put on as part of that service. But they found a way to charge double. Clean the corrosion first, then call the customer two days later to tell them the tire isn't safe and needs to be replaced. So shady and/or incompetent. Either way, they don't respect their customers. They no longer offer shuttle services. I brought my car in for a 1pm appointment for tires and by 5pm it wasn't ready yet. Shop foreman was condescending and rude. They assume you are stupid and treat you as such. Stay as far away as possible.
