Brought my Mustang in for a recall item. Waited three weeks for the appointment, thus giving them time to order the recalled part. I delivered the car at 8:00 AM. Received a call back at 2:30 saying they needed to order a part for the car. They started to look into the issue (recall backup camera) after lunch. Said they could have the part ready for tomorrow. 1) why have me deliver the car at 8:00 and start working on it at 1:00 2) it was a recall on a backup camera cable; why didn't they order the parts three weeks ago I ended up not having the work done at all.

Sales experience was flawless. Service department are not helpful or educated on the issues brought to them. Couldn't move the digital speedo to the center of the dash. Tech said it was not possible. Service Rep said google is not a reliable source for help. After 10 minutes of searching I resolved the issue myself.
