Colour me shocked! Great service at a dealership in 2024? I didn't think it existed anymore. Check this out:
1. Book online and they call to confirm it.
2. Send me home in a free Uber
3. Follow up with me to let me know they need it longer
4. Send a free Uber to get me
5. And the bill is - wait for it - exactly what they estimated it would be when I booked the appointment instead of an extra mystery zero.
6. Finally, they did it with a smile and acted like me being a customer mattered to them instead of me being an inconvenience. Before this my Ford experience had been so bad and now, the service folks at Wayne Pitman Ford have given me hope!
